Falta de humanidad y de sensibilidad por parte del hotel. Teníamos reservadas dos noches y tras el fallecimiento de un familiar, booking nos da la opción de cambiar de fechas pero el hotel lo deniega. Tras tres llamadas telefónicas me dicen que me llamará el responsable del hotel pero nunca recibí la llamada. Al final nos toca cancelar para no perder el importe total y nos cobran el importe de una de las dos noches. La atención por parte de la recepción es nefasta, sin empatía ninguna y menos sensibilidad aún, utilizando un tono soberbio y poco adecuado. Tienen puesta una reclamación a través de booking.

Hotel limpio con todo los servicios que se nesecita para unas vacaciones la comida del 10 y el personal mejor no lo puede aver quisiera mencionar a Marisol por aguantando durante la estancia y a osmar por toda su amabilidad y paciencia con nosotros son unos grandes profesionales dar las gracias también a recepción y a todo el equipo en general

El hotel y el spa están bien cuidado y limpio. Ubicado muy cerquita de la playa. El spa no es muy grande pero cumple su función con varias zonas y el personal muy amable. Las vistas no son algo especial. Pero lo mejor de todo el restaurante, muy muy recomendable. Pedimos bocartes, gamba roja, sapito (para 2 personas) y de postre torrija y coulant. El sapito espectacular! Te lo despiezan delante de ti. Y los postres también de escándalo. El coulant, no tiene chocolate liquido dentro, pero el bizcocho casero y riquísimo. La sangría también muy buena. Los camareros muy buenos, atentos y muy profesionales. Un gran acierto y lo recomiendo 100% si estáis por la zona. Es aconsejable llamar para reservar.

El hotel está situado a pie de playa, cuenta con amplias habitaciones con minibar y amplio baño con ducha de hidromasaje.Las habitaciones están reformadas, televisión nueva. El spa está bastante bien para el precio, te hacen algo de descuento si eres cliente. También tienen servicio de masajes. Tiene restaurante y cafetería. El personal es súper amable y dedicado, son de 10. No tiene parking pero tienes varios alrededor. Isla es precioso. Recomiendo cenar en "El mejor momento", está a la vuelta del hotel, reserva primero, siempre está lleno.

Excelente atención del personal, abundante comida variada, lo malo, la no flexibilidad de horarios de comidas, camareros rápidos y amables al servir, la pena el spa, según dijeron solo abre los fines de semana, muy aislado si no vas con tu coche, mala comunicación, sin médico o entretenimientos, aburrido, como experiencia ha estado bien, sitio bonito, lleno de hoteles y poquísimas tiendas, mucho mar y rocas

La habitación en la que estuvimos era muy amplia, todo muy limpio. El desayuno es buffet y tiene mucha variedad.Estuvimos en el spa y nos gusto mucho,es bastante completo. El personal muy amable,desde la recepción,la persona que atiende el spa,la chica que estaba donde los desayunos y sobre todo destacar a Marina,la persona que se encargaba de limpiar las habitaciones, necesitamos de su ayuda y fué muy cordial y atenta en todo momento. Las vistas la verdad que eran buenas mirando al mar…. Lo demás… empezando por la habitación las sabanas con migas de pan..o lo que fuere..y manchas de labial en las almohadas …el cabezal de la cama con manchas y las lámparas también…. A la hora de pedir un trago en el bar no nos ofrecieron nada y las demás mesas si que tenían pikoteo… a la hora del desayuno el mantel sucio y el zumo no es natural…los demás alimentos bien…los trabajadores amables.
