We had lunch in this farmhouse with pleasure, the care of the exteriors respects the Sardinian environment without excesses, everything from the first glance appears in order and designed with taste. The interior furnishings are in light wood and the American table setting is simple enlivened by a few touches of colour. The courses from the appetizers (charcuterie and cheese platter, sweet and sour aubergines, ricotta and courgette flans, pecorino and vegetable parcels, saffron and potato souffle with potato peel chips, coccoi prenas, etc...) to the first courses ( culurgionis with tomato and malloreddus sausage and artichokes), the second course of roasted porchetto cooked to perfection and served on a bed of myrtle, up to the mixed desserts with exceptional sebadas mignon, delighted the diners. Eleonora's service is worthy of a particular mention for her availability and readiness to welcome our every request with a smile. Positive experience to be replicated for all of us.
