We booked the love cuddles package, cold water in the pool, emotional shower with only the 'cold' function, a 4 hour wait to receive a couples massage interrupted halfway through because someone entered the room, there was no staff to ask for information about the delay, we did not know if we had to stay or leave, a delay of which we were not even notified, nor did they have any consideration for the inconvenience we had, terrible experience, disorganized staff

After giving us the sauna kit, we were accompanied to the changing rooms and then to the wellness area, where we were shown the entire program we would be taking. A sweet finale accompanied with prosecco and final greetings and thanks to the staff who made us feel at home. We will return for an overnight stay but in the meantime I recommend this structure to all those who want to immerse themselves in total relaxation, in a setting of lush greenery and an ancestral silence, capable of making you fully enjoy the natural surroundings. I took advantage of a New Year's Eve wellness package with a friend. Very beautiful structure in a very beautiful park. I requested a room with single beds but in the 2 beds in question I only found sheets and a bedspread. The wellness program has some flaws, from the too low temperature of the water in the pool of the surrounding area, to the wooden seats without any pillow, hard and really very uncomfortable. The slow and poorly motivated staff. You have a wonderful structure, make sure to make it more comfortable and receptive. I would like to be able to stay again finding some small improvements. All in all a decent stay.

Location molto attraente, il resort è immerso in un parco immenso ed ha la tipica configurazione in pietra. Gli ambienti sono ampi e ben curati, così come le stanze, dotate di ogni comfort. La SPA anch'essa spaziosa, pulita è ben organizzata, un passaggio obbligato per chi vuole concedersi un momento di coccole e relax. La colazione abbondante ma esclusivamente dolce, avrei preferito anche del salato, ma magari chiedendo... Personale disponibile e professionale. In definitiva un'esperienza positivissima ed una scelta da rifare.

Io e le mie amiche abbiamo appena trascorso una splendida esperienza nella spa del laurito resort assolutamente perfetta. Personale gentilissimo. Preparatissime le collaboratrici. Grande piscina interna con cascata e idro. Sauna bagno turco e doccia emozionale perfette. Inoltre abbiamo scelto il massaggio total body e trattamenti viso.inoltre buffet e dj spettacolari. Assolutamente consigliato. Noi ripeteremo sicuramente con pernotto. Scrub corpo con ricetta top secret insuperabile.
