The hotel is located in a very special context. The interiors and furniture are well-treated. The spa access from the hotel is very comfortable and the spa is absolutely deserving. Breakfast buffet is rich in healthy and quality food. Breakfast service is perfect. Unfortunately, the building suffers much from rain infiltration, certainly to be fitted (some corridors during rain are litterally flooding). The room was very cool and the room was very cool.

L'albergo è in una posizione ottima a poche centinaia di metri dal centro storico di Brescia, vicino sono presenti vari bar dove potere fare colazione e qualche locale dove pranzare e cenare. Le camere sono buone e discretamente pulite. Per una coppia la stanza standard è perfetta, a noi è capitato un inconveniente abbiamo prenotato con Trip.com la camera standard di 16mq e ci hanno dato la camera francese più piccola, ma il vero inconveniente è stato che dal bocchettone dell'aspirazione dell'aria del bagno usciva puzza di fumo. Pertanto dopo averlo fatto presente purtroppo dopo la seconda notte, ci hanno cambiato la stanza dandoci la standard e fondamentalmente senza puzza di fumo. Alla fine se non ci fosse stato questo inconveniente il soggiorno sarebbe stato perfetto, peccato. Se sanno di questo problema non dovrebbero dare a nessuno queste stanze con problemi. All'inizio appena arrivati, sembrava che qualcuno avesse fumato da poco dentro la stanza e addirittura la receptionist ci ha anche arieggiato la stanza e spruzzato un prodotto che assorbe i fumi. Se ci avessero detto che il problema era invece la stanza avremmo cambiato subito stanza. Purtroppo credo che sappiano benissimo il problema di alcune stanze e continuano ad assegnarle. Cmq do una valutazione generale appena positiva.

This hotel is the best one of the seven hotels I have to change in this European trip. Whether it is small details or intimate service to guests, it is far more than other four-star hotels I have stayed in before. When I checked in, because the time was too early and the room had not been cleaned, the hotel counter staff took me to the dining room and entertained me with a cup of hot tea and my own baked biscuits. Looking at the sea view outside the window, drinking hot tea is great! When I checked in, the hotel staff told me that the flowers on the table were for me, and when I checked out, I also prepared a small cake cookie that I baked for me to take away. Because I needed to check out very early the next day, I told the counter staff about this situation, and he also tried to help me arrange the breakfast that originally started at 7:30 in the morning, so that I could enjoy it at 7 o'clock. I was really touched! The restaurant staff was very polite to introduce every food, pie and cake were also baked at home. This hotel is really great, it is recommended to live if you have the opportunity! This hotel is the best among the seven I stayed at during my trip to Europe. From the small details to the thoughtful service, it surpasses all the other four-star hotels I've stayed at. When I checked in, it was too early, and my room wasn't ready yet. The front desk staff kindly took me to the dining area and offered me a cup of hot tea and some homemade cookies. Enjoying the sea view while sipping my tea was truly wonderful! During check-in, the hotel staff mentioned that the small flower on the table was a gift for me, and at checkout, they prepared a homemade cookie cake for me to take with me. Since I needed to check out early the next day, I informed the front desk staff, and they arranged for breakfast, which was originally set to start at 7:30 AM, to be ready for me at 7:00 AM. I was so touched! The restaurant staff politely introduced each dish, and the pastries and cakes were homemade as well. This hotel is really fantastic, and I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!
