I stayed for two nights, and overall, everything was great—except for a few issues that significantly impacted my stay. On the first morning, the cleaning staff entered my room quite early. I had left my luggage open on the floor, intending to organize it after breakfast. However, when I returned, the cleaning lady had already come in. While I understand they may have a tight schedule, it was a bit unsettling. The real issue occurred on the last morning. I was resting in my room before the 10:30 checkout, but their key tried my door three times! The first two times, they found it locked and walked away, but at around 9 a.m., they knocked loudly, asking when I would be leaving so they could clean the room. Isn’t it standard practice to clean the room *after* the guest checks out? I didn’t stay past the checkout time, so this felt intrusive and unnecessary.

Highly recommended. Everything about the hotel is very good. The room is very big. You can see the church in the center of the town from the window. You can watch the sunset from the balcony every day. There is a sumptuous afternoon tea break every afternoon, which is FREE. After a day of skiing at four o'clock in the afternoon, I returned to the hotel and went to the SPA on the fifth floor to soak in the comfortable hot springs. Then enjoy afternoon tea. Go back to the room and take a nap, you don’t have to eat dinner. The breakfast was also very rich. There is a different buffet every night.
