My wife and I stayed 5 days in August 2022. When we arrived at the hotel, we found no one at the reception and we had to wait and call on the phone before someone showed up with a welcome that was nothing short of shameful, almost as if we were "too many", giving very little basic information with an Italian language that was really difficult to understand (even with German influence, we are still in Italy, aren't we?). The room was spacious but with a dirty carpet, there was a bench full of white hairs (which remained for the entire duration of the stay). We purchased the half-board formula and what a pity!!! Extremely poor breakfast with medium/low quality products. Dinner with a first course, a second course that changed every day but clearly one derived from the one from the previous day, as for the second courses it seemed there was no other meat other than pork. The desserts were beyond comment, to say the least. There was a nice SPA even if the opening time was 3.30 pm, but at that time only the entrance door was open because, for example, Turkish bath, you had to wait who knows how long to find it active. At check out, we find ourselves waiting at reception as we arrived for someone to show up and after waiting 15 minutes without seeing anyone I decide to go to the restaurant and ask a waitress if she could call us someone, we wait a little longer and finally we can check out asking for a small discount on the extras given the inconvenience of the room but we are told that they don't know it's the laundry service so I throw in the towel because it's impossible to get a sensible response, we pay and leave remaining incredulous of the non-existent welcome and courtesy. Last detail but not indifferent.. staying in this hotel either take the car or walk along the road for about 300m uphill to go and take the bus to the nearby towns. We strongly advise against staying in this hotel, with the same price you can find much better!
