First of all, the familly that runs it is more than great! What ever you want they are there, also if you can come up with anything you want to eat. We are lactose and gluten intolerant but we didnt fell that we left hungry or any issues at all, highly recomend the restaurant and the food! Rooms are very very clean! Like perfect! Nice sauna, and spa area. Great place for the money payed!

We highly recommend staying in this wonderful hotel. We had an unforgettable time. We stayed in a junior lake suite with our dog and it was a relaxing and fantastic experience. We went hiking around the hotel and the nearby area in the Val Pusteria. The hotel is run by the family Peintner and the atmosphere of the hotel is characterized by the family’s cohesion. You feel pampered the moment you set foot into the hotel. The staff and family’s hospitality are exceptional. The hotel, its location and the food are amazing. The hotel also offers an excellent wine selection and Andreas, the sommelier, radiates its passion and excellent knowledge for the wine. When being introduced to the wine, it’s like listening to some poetry. We were fascinated by and thoroughly enjoyed Andreas’ wine knowledge. The wellness area is absolutely worth a visit. You have three saunas to choose from and the relaxation area is comfy, cozy and heart-warming. Cold water, teas and fresh fruit are being provided. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant but free to stay in your room (they provide you with a sign to put on the door so the staff knows your pup’s inside) and always welcome in the cozy bar and the balcony overlooking the green lake and the swimming pool. We are grateful for the unforgettable memories we could make at the hotel. Thank you dear Family Peintner and staff! 💜😅 Anne, Frank & Theo🐶

What was initially planned just as a skiing holiday turned out to be a skiing-and-SPA holiday with the pool, sauna, and massages. Great food, service and a wonderful overall experience. This said, the sofa bed was not too comfy, so our 5-year-old preferred co-sleeping with us in the most comfortable double bed, so I'd consider an extra bed next time. The staff, however, are very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel definitely contributed a lot to our memories of this vacation.

Posto meraviglioso, situato benissimo, vicino alle piste da sci, ma in una posizione isolata e silenziosa per il relax quotidiano. Camere pulitissime, spaziose e stupende. Spa enorme, dotata di tutto, con piscina esterna riscaldata, diverse saune e più aree relax. Cucina da stellato, ogni sera un menù diverso, con eventi di gala. Colazione con tantissime scelte, prodotti freschi a Km0. Staff cordiale, educato, disponibile e accogliente, una famiglia! ♥️

Questo hotel tra i punti di forza vanta la posizione e l’energia positiva e la professionalità della famiglia che lo gestisce assieme a tanti collaboratori. Molto buona la cucina a tratti ottima. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la cantina importante con i vini consigliati da Andreas e la colazione top. Consiglio la suite lake per spazi a disposizione e privacy. Qualche piccola pecca nella zona SPA dove gli ospiti spesso pasticciano con scarpe e costumi in sauna. Vacanza quasi perfetta. Ci ritorneremo presto.

Una garanzia. Noi siamo già tornati più volte proprio perché ci piace molto. Atmosfera rilassante, tutto perfetto: dalla camera (abbiamo richiesto la stessa), alla spa e zona piscina (rilassante, silenziosa) alla cena ( ricercata, mai banale soprattutto nei suoi abbinamenti) . Lo consiglio. E conto di tornarci presto.

Ci eravamo stati tanti anni fa, quando ancora il Weiher era un alberghetto. Allora ci era rimasta impressa l'ottima cucina (semplice e tipica) e l'ambiente sereno e familiare. Adesso l'hotel è solo apparenza , bella la hall e soprattutto la piscina. Le camere sono "vecchie" ma pulite. Le suite dell'ala nuova belle, ma molto "fredde"tipo bunker La nota dolente sono sicuramente le 7 portate gourmet. La prima sera sembra tutto buonissimo... poi un'incubo. Non c'è buffet, neppure di insalate.... solo un mini buffet di formaggi su cui tutti si avventano quando capiscono che le 7 portate gourmet in realtà sono cetrioli, rape e rapanelli, in tutte le salse. Passiamo poi alla gentilezza .... falsa e forzata, ti stanno addosso solo per farti ordinare da bere. Se finite in ospedale con una gastroenterite ... potrebbe essere Cryptosporidium ... un parassita che vive nelle piscine. Ovviamente l'hotel ha preso le distanze ... in poche ore dicono di aver controllato l'acqua della piscina ..... in ospedale ci hanno messo 5 giorni x identificarlo!!!!
