Seehotel Ambach

Seehotel Ambach is located in a prime location on the shore of Lake Caldaro, a bucolic village on the famous Strada del Vino. The structure, inspired by 1970s postmodernism, is a real spectacle for architecture lovers, with a combination of open spaces, double height, colorful furnishings and large entrances that create a welcoming and unique atmosphere. The hotel is vintage in spirit, but offers all the modern comforts, such as a spa with sauna and outdoor pool, creating a perfect balance between past and present. The restaurant, from its terrace on the lake shore, offers a breathtaking view of the water and the surrounding mountains (our room had the same fantastic view from the balcony!). The chef and his team are true culinary artists. They create amazing dishes, based on fresh and natural ingredients. They gave us a culinary experience we will never forget. The evening menu of your choice (5 courses) and the dessert buffet on Saturday are both extraordinary – I recommend them! Finally, the hotel has a professional, attentive and very friendly staff, which made our stay really pleasant and relaxing. P.S. The hotel provides pedal boats and bicycles to safely explore the surroundings. In fact, there are various well-marked cycle paths and trails to follow, including a very easy circuit of the lake. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem bezaubernden Hotel am Ufer des Kalterer Sees war einfach perfekt! Die Lage ist traumhaft und das Ambiente im Stil der Siebzigerjahre verleiht dem Hotel eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den See. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das freundliche Personal, der Service war ausgezeichnet, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Beeindruckt waren wir auch von der hervorragenden Küche - jeder Bissen war ein Genuss! Wir freuen uns schon darauf, diesen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt zu wiederholen.
