I prefix this by saying that we were setup in one of the room of the annex so it’s possible the experience would be different in the main villa. We were traveling with a 5y old so we asked for a room with an additional bed. We were setup in an room in the annex that has an additional bed on a mezzanine. Since our kid is not used to that, i ended up taking that bed. We also noticed the main bed had a very worn out matress that was bending in the middle so we couldnt have all slept in it without squishing the kid. We asked to be moved but were told there was no availability. We were pretty tired so tried to lay down and relax but there were constructions going in a building very close by so no luck. At night, we heard people having an argument right outside the doors of the room. It went for long enough that i decided to step out of bed and down from the mezzanine in my underwear to ask the folks to chill and when i got out i realized it was personnel from the hotel kitchen, which is right by the annex. This is when i decided to cut the stay to only that night and booked something else. The breakfast was good and the staff in the cafeteria was nice and helpful. At the lobby, when i said i was going to checkout early, they said they would still have to charge me the second day (which i already accepted it was going to be the case) and charged me for the stay tax, which i frankly found funny. All in all, its possible that if you stay in the main villa you will have a great experience but at minimum i’d advise to stay clear of the rooms in thr annex, especially if you need quiet

Dinner was something that leaves a lot to desire. Pork knuckle was so under cook that was very difficult to even get a piece out. Otherwise hotel a nice experience and quiet. Good beds, bathroom could use more light with the dark tiles.

Esperienza terribile con questo hotel ancor prima di poterne usufruire: Il giorno 15 febbraio 2023 abbiamo prenotato per telefono due camere per la notte tra il 17 ed il 18 febbraio (per esigenze lavorative). Tutto sembrava essere sotto controllo come concordato con il dipendente dell'hotel via telefono. Una volta giunti su loco (dopo ben 450km arrivando da Milano) il receptionist ci accoglie,in modo piuttosto sgarbato, dicendoci che dato che non erano riusciti a d effettuare la transazione, hanno cancellato la nostra prenotazione. Vi lascio immaginare il disappunto che si prova in una situazione del genere dopo 5 ore di macchina alle spalle. Il receptionist prosegue lavandosene le mani affermando: ”vi abbiamo avvisato per mail” cosa che non ci risulta (una chiamata sarebbe stata gradita), ma comunque la carta di credito ci è stata richiesta via telefono, quindi è alta la probabilità che il dipendente abbia sbagliato a digitare i dati, anche perché trattandosi di una carta aziendale senza limiti di spesa. Allora il receptionist ci ha proposto una soluzione in un loro ulteriore hote 3 stelle (invece che 4s), ma allo stesso prezzo. Proporre lo stesso prezzo per un servizio ridotto, dal mio punto di vista, vuol dire fregare le persone. Oltre che il danno in sé, in termini di vostra mancata organizzazione interna, l'essere stati presi in giro e trattati in maniera maleducata, fa sì che vi meritate il minimo possibile nella valutazione finale.
