The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Missouri. The environment is very good. I got up in the morning and took a walk by the lake and took a photo of Rizhao Jinshan. Surprise!
Although the room is not luxurious, it is very clean and equipped with two bottles of water (no other hotels); the hotel breakfast is rich and delicious, and I also used dinner at the hotel the day before, the price is king.
In addition, the reception staff is very enthusiastic and also helps with luggage, awesome!

We'd planned a multi-day trek on the Alta Via and stayed at both Fiori before and after our mountain trek. We chose Fiori because it was close, but away from the bustle of Cortina, offering a more relaxed and enjoyable experience. The facility was beautiful, the staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. We'd highly recommend Fiori.

We stayed for 4 nights during the last week of September and early October & it was our first time in the Dolomites. It was walking distance to town and there is free parking in the hotel. It was in a good location where restaurants and shops are walking distance. We ate dinner in restaurants close by. At check in, the reception gave us a list of recommended restaurants. The staff were nice. The breakfast was filling and they offered a variety of food and drinks. The pastries were not so good. We had better ones in the hotel at Val Gardena. On our first night, there was a big bus and in the morning, the breakfast area was so full & chaotic. There was almost no table available. The coffee/espresso maker line was very long and they ran out of cups, etc. I felt sorry for the staff who looked overwhelmed. Thank goodness that the next 3 days were better since we were in a rush to go to the mountains. We had a standard room in the Annex with a good view of the mountains & a little patio with chairs. It was quiet at night. The room rate we got was reasonably priced for the area. I was a little chilly at night and the hotel staff told us that they don’t turn on the gas until winter. Overall, our stay was good.

I cannot recommend this Hotel enough. Not only is it a comfortable distance from the centre of Agordo and a bus stop, the building itself is a joy to stay in. The breakfast was good and the hours agreeable. What I was blown away most by, was the staff and their cooperation and friendliness to make sure you enjoyed your stay in the hotel and Italy as a whole. In our case, we had run into difficult walking the Alta Via 1 and needed to reassess the route and rejoin it. The staff were willing to talk at length about the area, bus stops and issues to look out for. A huge thank you to Martina, who, by offering to get a friend to give us a lift, probably saved the majority of our holiday.

Such a lovely boutique property. I arrived around noon from an international flight and my room was ready and I was able to get in early, shower and take a nap! The hosts were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Finding the hotel was a challenge though. It only has a small address / sign next to its door. I walked in circles for a bit before finally finding it. But given it is off the beaten path, it was very quiet!

We LOVED Hotel de Len! Chic decor (a mix of Scandinavian/Italian with local touches - impressive mix of colors and textures, magazine-worthy). Super-comfy beds and pillows. Well-equipped minimalist bathrooms, with soaking tub and separate shower, heated floors. The food was amazing - over-the-top delicious (and included) breakfasts and lovely snacks at cocktail hour. The concierge service was so helpful, especially when we had a reservation mix up with Pia Tofana who wanted to charge us $300 for cancelling within 72 hours! The hotel helped explain the mix-up and negotiate on our behalf. The spa was incredible - we didn't book a service, my husband and I just used the hot tub and sauna, but it was lovely and immaculate and again really great design. The service was top-notch, warm, quick, and friendly. For instance, I came down on our 3rd day and the waitress brought me my coffee order, just how I liked it, without being prompted, because she remembered from the past day. Amazing. The service felt personal and intimate, which is so hard to find in big hotel chains. Our breakfast waitress waived good-bye to us from the restaurant window when she spotted our car pulling away! Just wonderfully nice people running a very upscale, design-focused hotel. We hope to be back!

GGuest UserI came to B&B Tre Croci Cortina for a solo stay – I've been here on sabbatical for 6 days and 5 nights, and my stay at this B&B was nothing short of amazing. It's located right outside of Cortina, which is very convenient because of how close it is to Lake Sorapis, Lake Braies, and Tre Cime & Cadini di Minsurina. The hotel staff is very kind, patient, and courtesy... and the kitchen/dining staff is PHENOMENAL. They're very intentional about making your staff feel like home. Yamirka & her fellow dining staff made the difference in my staff. The rooms are very modern & there is plenty of space. The view of the mountains is beautiful, too. The only cons I would mention are the level of noise from patrons who don't do their best to abide by the ask for quiet in the hallways – I don't think it's intentional, but the closeness to the hallways makes a bit of a difference. Also, I'm someone who likes to sleep with it very cold, and my room thermostat wouldn't go down for some reason (I just slept with the door open as it was cold outside at night). I couldn't recommend this place more. If you're coming to the Dolomites, stay here! 🖤

If Cortina wasn’t under so much construction for the Olympics this may have been so much better. But as it was this hotel was different than any I have ever stayed in. The style and quirkiness was very cool! Our room had a balcony that I’m sure is very nice if not looking at a crane lol. The beds were great and the pillows amazing. Breakfast was good as well. If you are looking for style,art and a cool quirky place this is it!!!

GGuest UserEsperienza terribile con questo hotel ancor prima di poterne usufruire: Il giorno 15 febbraio 2023 abbiamo prenotato per telefono due camere per la notte tra il 17 ed il 18 febbraio (per esigenze lavorative). Tutto sembrava essere sotto controllo come concordato con il dipendente dell'hotel via telefono. Una volta giunti su loco (dopo ben 450km arrivando da Milano) il receptionist ci accoglie,in modo piuttosto sgarbato, dicendoci che dato che non erano riusciti a d effettuare la transazione, hanno cancellato la nostra prenotazione. Vi lascio immaginare il disappunto che si prova in una situazione del genere dopo 5 ore di macchina alle spalle. Il receptionist prosegue lavandosene le mani affermando: ”vi abbiamo avvisato per mail” cosa che non ci risulta (una chiamata sarebbe stata gradita), ma comunque la carta di credito ci è stata richiesta via telefono, quindi è alta la probabilità che il dipendente abbia sbagliato a digitare i dati, anche perché trattandosi di una carta aziendale senza limiti di spesa. Allora il receptionist ci ha proposto una soluzione in un loro ulteriore hote 3 stelle (invece che 4s), ma allo stesso prezzo. Proporre lo stesso prezzo per un servizio ridotto, dal mio punto di vista, vuol dire fregare le persone. Oltre che il danno in sé, in termini di vostra mancata organizzazione interna, l'essere stati presi in giro e trattati in maniera maleducata, fa sì che vi meritate il minimo possibile nella valutazione finale. GGuest UserWe loved this hotel and had the most amazing views !! We loved having a small bedroom adjoining to ours for our grown son, the bathroom was great and beds firm but comfortable. Absolutely perfect place to stay prior to the Alta Via 1 hike as Lorenzo and staff will help resolve anything you need and you can’t be more central to buses, shops etc with this hotel. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for a wonderful stay.

CCompanion04345884393We enjoyed staying 2 nights here...super comfortable rooms and we had a corner room with a deck and a view in 2 directions...modern and very nice bathroom too. But we especially enjoyed the food, both the breakfast buffet and the a la carte dinner (wow for the chicken with almonds...had it 2 nights) served in the bar area. Staff were very nice and helpful. Also there is a huge outdoor area with lounge chairs and chair pads to sit out there in the sun and totally enjoy the views in all directions! This is a very special setting for morning and sunset photos and only 20 minutes from Passo Gaiu if you want to go up there for sunset photos which we did one evening.

GGuest UserVery good location and decent breakfast… BUT bedroom was: 1. Facing the front of the hotel and there is a loud bar underneath with music and literally loads of people directly outside the bedrooms drinking and socialising and often drunk and shouting in the street until 2.30pm making sleep before that impossible. 2 . Dirty - with previous guest’s underwear and clothes found under our our bed and mould around the bath. 3 . When we arrived there was a broken wall hairdryer on the floor of the bathroom not working . The manager stuck a new one on the wall which fell off at 4.00 am in the morning waking us up - we had just fallen asleep after the noise from the bar below had finally stopped. 4. Bedroom blinds were broken - manager said the previous guests had not complained and he could not do anything until the following day. 5. On two consecutive evenings there was no hot water. 6. The toilet did not flush properly. There is no proper lounge area and the hotel is really very run down and certainly front facing rooms should be avoided unless you are willing to sleep with earplugs.
