We arrived at 16:45 and the place was empty and then found out that check-in was at 17:30. Had to wait over an hour until someone showed up. Will never stay here again. Have no idea what the room is like and do not want to stay here anyway. That’s all.

The restaurant Chale ao Lago was a pleasant surprise for our dinner. The view of Lake Mosigo is wonderful (especially since it is completely frozen - and we were able to walk on it). Dinner is wonderful, fast, efficient and with excellent service. See the photos. Tip: Spatze con Speck first, then slow-cooking guanciale.

Beautiful and quiet little spot in the Dolomites. We only stayed 1 night but we enjoyed the lake and surrounding peaceful area. The breakfast was great and staff helpful.
The only cons : be aware that ******* doesn't say the check in times correctly. you can't check in until 5:30 because there is no one there but it says check in from 2. one side of our double bed/ mattress was pretty saggy. The other side was fine. Everything else was great!

Bel lago a due passi da San Vito di Cadore sul quale il ristorante più grande è proprio questo chalet Ristorante di primo livello Ottima posizione Gentilezza e cortesia oltre a.professionalità lo contraddistinguono con un tocco di meridione, Puglia ,dato che lo staff non è sicuramente del.posto , il che non guasta affatto Buone e ben cucinate le.portate In linea il.prezzo anche considerata la location

Abbiamo trascorso una sole Dida settimana, in questo luogo da sogno, circondati da tanto verde e da un panorama mozzafiato. Il. Personale gentile e molto ospitale ci ha viziato per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. Un posto davvero incantevole e strategico, per raggiungere le diverse località ed attrazioni turistiche della zona. Letto comodissimo, colazioni abbondanti e caffè ottimo. Una menzione speciale ad Antonio il capo maitre della struttura. Grazie di tutto. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Era come essere a casa!

Excelente atendimento do staff. Estadia seria perfeita se não fosse pela qualidade do conchão, que não era bom (acordava quebrado) e pelo calor do quarto, pelo menos neste período que estive lá.

Un piccolo angolo di Paradiso immerso nel verde e circondato dal silenzio delle Dolomiti che lo abbracciano. Accoglienza unica da parte del manager Antonio, che con la sua professionalità, la sua gentilezza e la sua simpatia riesce a dare un tocco di calore pugliese al freddo ambiente montano. Consigliatissimo.

Sono tornata per la seconda volta in questo albergo. Il sig. Graziano molto gentile, visto la bassa stagione e la possibilità di farlo, ci ha fatto scegliere la camera più consona a noi (sono persona malata). Si è sempre prodigato nel farci passare un bel we. Camere e struttura pulita. Tanta tranquillità, data anche dalla bassa stagione. A**osfera romantica. Bellissima posizione. Un pochino calda la stanza, ma per chi ha sempre freddo come me, benissimo. Camere un pochino da rimodernare. Bagno anche, ma con una doccia molto grande e comoda. Unica nota dolente la colazione un po deludente. Stile anni 80, con solo scelta sul dolce e priva di salato. Molto scarna. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto fare sempre una seconda colazione. Parcheggio senza alcun problema. Come per il wifi.Il resto tutto OK. Tornerò. Consiglio.
