Il 31/12/2024 sono stato a cena con famiglia e amici. Considerando che da menu i primi piatti costavano 20-30€ , mentre i secondi costavano dai 30€ ai 40€, ci aspettavamo una cucina di buon livello….. Purtroppo sembrava di essere in una mensa piuttosto scadente…risotto scotto, carne con salsetta banale accompagnata da pure’ fatto sicuramente con i preparati. I bambini non hanno toccato cibo, nulla era di loro gradimento. Fatevi un esame di coscienza e cambiate al più presto cuoco!

Hotel molto accogliente, pulitissimo, con una cucina varia e ricercata. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Personale preparato e molto simpatico. Consigliato veramente per un soggiorno rilassante, vicino a bellissime cime e percorsi escursionistici.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo Hotel e devo dire che è stata un' ottima esperienza. Pulitissimo, personale molto cordiale ed attento alle esigenze, colazione ottima e super abbondante. Dimenticavo, abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio ristorante e devo dire che abbiamo mangiato bene. Il centro benessere è piccolino, ma molto curato. Qualità prezzo molto buona

Elegante hotel stile asburgico, reception ampia e accogliente, sala bar e biliardo, extra sala con TV. Ristorante eccezionale con chef che cura la varietà e il gusto combinati alla tradizione. Ho cenato con crostini al salmone, lasagna radicchio e tartufo, baccalà alla vicentina, tronchetto di natale. Colazione ricca, servizio al tavolo ottimo. Camere ampie e semplici. Spa di misure medie ma ben attrezzata e ben arredata, una coccola di rilassamento. Da migliorare l arredo bagno e magari creare un area bimbi. All esterno possibilità di rilassarsi seduti avvolti in coperte e di fronte ad un falò. Pista fondo Falcade, oppure discesa e fondo San pellegrino.

Camera e servizi un po' al di sotto della qualità media Cena di scarsa qualità Parcheggio gratuito dell'hotel senza sbarre di protezione e di telecamere, per cui la mattina della partenza ho trovato la parte posteriore dell'auto sbattuta da un'auto di passaggio( sconosciuta) con un danno di 2500 euro circa. La Direzione, tramite la Compagnia Assicuratrice, non ha riconosciuto la responsabilità dell'hotel per il danno, pur trattandosi del parcheggio privato al lato della strada. Nessun compromesso di conciliazione da parte dell'hotel dopo la mia richiesta in tal senso tramite un Legale

In questo periodo di incertezza a vari livelli non è facile mantenere un alto livello di qualità e disponibilità. Qui all'hotel Arnica lo abbiamo trovato: non è mai mancato il sorriso, la gentilezza e la cordialità. Ottima pulizia. Posizione invidiabile e ambiente curato. Last but not least la spa, piccola ma molto particolare. Complimenti a tutte le splendide persone che ci hanno coccolate in questi giorni! Torneremo☺️
