La casa è ubicata non lontano dal centro che può essere raggiunto a piedi. La proprietaria è molto accogliente, stanza un po’ piccola ma molto pulita così come il bagno ricavato da un angolo della stanza. Prima colazione sufficiente. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

Siamo stati in questo bellissimo B&B situato a pochi km da Ascoli Piceno . Il posto è incantevole, molto curato immerso nella natura, ma ciò che lo rende molto speciale è la cura e la passione che i proprietari mettono nel gestire il loro B&B, facendo sentire l’ospite a casa. Le stanze curate nei minimi dettagli, pulite e soprattutto silenziose. La colazione ottima e abbondante con buoni prodotti e con ottime torte. Sono molto contenta di aver conosciuta il Signor Antonio e la Signora Settimia, due persone veramente straordinarie e molto attente ai dettagli. Raccomando al 100% il B&B Villa Filetta.

La proprietà e l'ambiente sono assolutamente e squisitamente familiari. Camere accuratamente pulite, confortevoli, luminose. Colazione abbondante e ricca di proposte golose. Consigliato per chi ama la tranquillità. Di certo è diventato un punto di riferimento per la nostra prossima visita in questa terra ospitale.

No parece estar en un B&b, parece estar en una casa de fábula,llena de poesía y emociones. Sumergida en el verde de las colinas de las Marcas ,puedes pasear en lugares emblemáticos como la cercana Ascoli Piceno, lugares naturales con cascadas y piscinas sulfureas,así como disfrutar de los productos locales como trufas , olive ascolane e vincisgrassi en el restaurante convencionado. Habitaciones súper lindas, silenciosas, limpias hasta el extremo y desayuno para chuparse los dedos. Me hubiera gustado quedarme toda la vida. En hora buena a los fantásticos anfitriones.
