We rented for one night, bathroom was dirty, kitchen was dirty, looks to be privately owned, furniture was old and dingy , girl working from desk was in a bad mood,

Our room was not properly cleaned- there was hair in our shower and a peppermint stuck to the floor when we entered the room. It was not a dated room so it was a shame for it not have been cleaned properly. I was not clear that this is not a hotel, staff leave around five. They were nice but we had a lousy room in the first floor with a view of the parking lot.

Hey, I have enjoy my stay and the hotel was good , However my deposit for $200 that was old for comfortability was supposed to deposit back into my account 3 to 5 business days I have called and they have given me a false false account and I haven’t seen any money in my account as well so I would like the manager to take that up with the workers and let me know about My Money

It would be helpful if every room including hotel rooms have beach chairs for guests to use. Also comfy lounge chairs should be set up around the courtyard areas for people to sit and relax especially if they don’t have a balcony.

The property was quiet and easy accessible. I loved that it had two pools and a jacuzzi but the jacuzzi was crowded as it was only one. I did not like that the property had no elevators or was not handicap accessible. If you are looking to stay here for a couple days and want groceries make sure you are on a lower level cause the stairs were terrible trying to carry heavy luggage and groceries.

this property is in horrible condition. The desk staff pretend they care and will address things but they do not. Air cond in room never fully worked, lamps broken and not working, dents and dirt on walls, pool is ice cold - and we paid more to $300 for this room

Great view of Turtle Bay, walkable restaurants, beach and snorkeling. Nice staff. Amenities like 2 pools, hot tub, restaurant and ice cream are nice. It was quiet. Our specific unit needs some updating and tlc. But overall we were comfortable and had a good time.
