"The best choice with perfect services. RQ Santa Magdalena Hotel was new and very comfortable hotel with so nice interior and exterior. It's so best location near of Mall Costanera Center and CBD. Very beautiful views. Also the hotel rooms with the kitchen, Including all kitchen equipments and accessories. Hotel's front desk was very kindly and warmly. My flight was in the morning early after my staying at the hotel. Front desk (Her name was Catalina) delivered my breakfast to my room previous day. Also she gave me very nice room with excellent views. The window was looking to the Sky Costanera Center, I'm so thankful for the hotel's front desk Catalina and her colleague who was a guy. I have recommended this hotel to several of my friends. One minor thing that I think should be improved: The cards system used to open the room's lock needs to be fixed. I couldnt sleep half the time and that is not what you expect from a $150 a night hotel. I will not be going back ever again."
