"This is my second time here. I like this hotel very much. There are mountains behind it. There is a **** convenience store nearby. There is a large supermarket about three kilometers away by taxi. The room is a bit small and the breakfast is average."

"Breakfast was poor and nothing bad. The surrounding environment is very good. There are many supermarkets and restaurants in the big shopping malls. It is convenient to live and buy things. There is no shuttle bus at the airport. You need to call it yourself. Note that the airport is more black and you need to bargain."
"The service is pretty good, but I can't understand Spanish. It's very inconvenient to buy things in the supermarket and it's easy to make mistakes! I wanted to buy salt, but I ended up buying baking soda. I asked the people at the supermarket and they kept giving me baking soda. When I went back to the hotel and opened it, I found it was not salt!"

"My wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon. It seems like the place has stayed the same, which is not a compliment. The room was carpeted, yet no slippers were given to us. The aircon unit would buzz loudly and randomly during the night, which woke me up. For some reason bathtub drain stoppers needed to be requested, and the two nights I asked for one I was told they were all out. I spent two nights wanting to take a bath to relax and I wasn't able to.
The elevators are extremely old and seriously need to be replaced - the door would shut in front of us when waiting for one and I got trapped by the doors once.
The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. It has great variety and the quality of the fruit and meals is excellent. The staff is very kind, too."
"The best choice with perfect services. RQ Santa Magdalena Hotel was new and very comfortable hotel with so nice interior and exterior. It's so best location near of Mall Costanera Center and CBD. Very beautiful views. Also the hotel rooms with the kitchen, Including all kitchen equipments and accessories. Hotel's front desk was very kindly and warmly. My flight was in the morning early after my staying at the hotel. Front desk (Her name was Catalina) delivered my breakfast to my room previous day. Also she gave me very nice room with excellent views. The window was looking to the Sky Costanera Center, I'm so thankful for the hotel's front desk Catalina and her colleague who was a guy. I want to say them thank you so much again. See you soon in beautiful Santiago de Chile again 🇨🇱💕👍👍"

Outstanding
GGuest UserI loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night.
There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix.
The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish.
Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!
AAlexeyGood quality hotel for a short stay in the Providencia district, near all main attractions and shopping venues. From the higher floors there is a good view on the city and the sunset. On the points to be aware of: the air conditioning system in the room is located near the bed and this makes sleeping not very comfortable. Also I would not rely on the reception calling taxi for you - in our case their partner company announced a 45 minute waiting time in the morning right before our flight.
AAnonymous UserThe watch is right in front of Costnera Center, so it's easy to use the facilities by walking. The staff were very friendly and it was nice that they prepared a packed lunch for us when we checked out early.
MMINHEELocated in Providencia, it is safe and close to a large shopping mall that looks like San Cristobal Hill and Lotte Tower. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of fruits, breads and desserts. Facilities, clean and friendly staff.
GGuest UserThe room is relatively large and the location is OK. This area is messy. You need to pay attention to safety when you go out. In addition, you have to collect taxes. The white paper given by the PDI of entry cannot be lost, otherwise there will be no discount.
AAnonymous UserSuper good location!!! Have a lot of stores nearby for daily need, eg supermarket, money changers with good rate, convenience store with adaptors and SIM card etc
ZZHENTAOThe environment is beautiful, the location is good, there is a large supermarket next to it, the rooms are comfortable and hygienic, and the morning is rich. Facilities are very user-friendly and the scenery outside the window is good. Good value for money, but also staying next time.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice comfortable rooms but what I have to criticize is that they leave you the first night of courtyard a bottle of water and 2 capsules of coffee and tea, I'd be good to be it all nights
GGuest UserNice and elegant hotel. Excellent location. Personnel is quite friendly (don Hugo at reception, for example). Rooms and climatization is excellent. I have recommended this hotel to several of my friends. One minor thing that I think should be improved: The cards system used to open the room's lock needs to be fixed. I had to go to reception several times to have them replaced or reprogrammed.
AAAYANogales Hotel & Convention Center Hotel was very nice choice, Because of the location and good services. I'm so thankful for the hotel's front desk, There was a guy and a girl, They were very warm hearted and helpful, I want to say them thank you so much 🇨🇱👍👍
