Good location, in front of the Duoc Uc, in a small dead-end passage, very safe. Close to the Manuel Montt metro, 15 minutes walk, many places to eat a couple of blocks away. The apartment is comfortable, it has a TV with Internet connection to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, it has air conditioning, a basic kitchen but equipped with a kettle, microwave and electric toaster, refrigerator and electric hob. The beds are comfortable, there is a closet. The bathroom is clean and the shower is comfortable, there are towels. Roller blackout throughout the place, and there was not much noise, we rested very comfortably. We were in a 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator. They leave you a snack with tea, coffee, sugar and sweetener, juice and cookies, which is very good because when you first arrive you want to have something to drink. Very good service at reception, friendly, they answer all your questions, they give you a card that opens the apartment and the concierge door. You can order delivery. They have a luggage storage service since the room is delivered at 12, we used it since we were in an activity in which we vacated at 3 pm, they store them in a warehouse which was very useful. As we were going to something very specific we only stayed 1 night but I would return. Highly recommended.

Excellent location blocks from the Manuel Montt metro station in a quiet neighborhood. Near shopping center. With supermarkets nearby. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. We stayed in a two bedroom one and the bathroom was impeccable. They left us the destination the day before and cleaned and changed the bed linen and towels every day. The kitchen should be completed a little with utensils such as a bottle opener or colander, but it had a refrigerator, stove and microwave. I would return!

Very bad service without towels or breakfast. The elderly person unable to help. Very good location but poor service. The kitchen items are precarious and in very bad taste and they do not provide help of any kind.

O lugar é maravilhoso. Inicialmente parecia bem simples, mas a hospedagem foi incrível. Ótima localização, excelente atendimento e limpeza, todos os dias deixavam um saquinho de lanches, com sucos, bolachas, chás e cafés. Perto de um supermercado Líder, de praças etc.

O apart é novo, porém tem algumas falhas. As cortinas são mal instaladas e não impedem que a claridade entre no quarto. Panelas grandes para um fogão minúsculo. Banheiro pequeno, com um micro-box, se o sabonete cair vc não consegue pegar. Toalhas ótimas cama boa, mas é queen.
