Small boutique hotel in quiet residental neighbor is a far crybfrom a corp chain..wonderful.breakfasts,helpful staff,an attached restaurat is a plus, reasonable rate ,the down side rooms rather spartan and tho the neighborhood is quiet..it is a bit removed from.downtown

We had a wonderful stay at the Tagle Hotel. We were able to book a room last min. We chose the balcony room- which was nice to get some fresh air and overlook the street. The staff are very friendly - great service! The area is very safe, with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. The metro is also super close. Everything was clean, staff was attentive - 24 hour front desk and cameras. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Would definitely stay again! We also ate at the restaurant downstairs and it was wonderful!

We stayed at Tagle on 30-31/01/2023. Our arrival was early in the morning and we communicated with the hotel management and asked for early check-in before our arrival. Despite their positive response, we kept waiting until 20 minutes before the check-in time, even though all the rooms were available which we now understand why. They asked us to pay an early check-in fee if we wanted to go into our room any earlier than the regular check-in time despite our communication. Room 16 (run away if you are given that room) had a nasty, disgusting smell coming from the bathroom fan which you cannot turn off, and made the whole room smell like a toilet. The room was extremely small with no proper ventilation other than the window situated right above the roof that you don't feel like keeping open. I question the sanity of the air in the room. We didn't even want to say anything after our first experience, thinking we could be kept waiting for another 4 hours. On the other hand, the location of the hotel was good with its being close to restaurants and transportation. The ladies who worked there and the receptionists were nice, but it didn't change our frustration with the terrible room and whole experience during our short stay.

I'm staying here from August 27, 2024 until September 1, 2024. I got a room by myself, I thought it was nice here, the air conditioning has hot and cold functions. The location is good, and the staff are friendly, the maid didn't want to tidy my room because my things were scattered around

The hotel is excellent, with a comfortable room, perfect bed and shower. The hotel's Peruvian restaurant offers very tasty meals. The location is great, with easy access to bars, the metro and, in just 10 minutes by metro, the Costanera shopping mall. Everything was very satisfactory. Only one point that could be improved: the blackout curtains on the windows could be darker, as they do not completely block out the outside light.

Overall, we loved the hotel and would go back. The only negative point was that our room had a window facing the hotel restaurant. As a result, we couldn't keep the curtains open at any time, as there was some noise during peak times like lunch and dinner. But since we spent most of the day outside, it didn't bother us much.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel during a time of emergency in my city was extremely disappointing. Even though the region was in a state of public calamity due to flooding and tragedies, the hotel refused to refund my money for a cancelled reservation. This lack of empathy and consideration towards the local emergency situation is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place to other travelers until they show more responsibility and sensitivity towards their customers and the community at large. Google Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, floods and get an idea of what happened.

Small but very functional hotel. Excellent location one block from Avenida Providencia and bars on Manuel Montt. Comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Very attentive and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. Everything was perfect. I would definitely come back.
