先説亮點，酒店提供shuttle到市區，雖然那也很近，但自行停車不便。酒店司機很熱情服務，推薦的海明威餐館非常棒
入住時酒店重複收了房費，退房時就發現和交涉但一直沒退回，後聯繫攜程處理，給攜程點贊

The pool was a little disappointing. They were low on towels both times we went, and it looked a little shabby.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, the shuttle service was amazing. We took full advantage of it for our entire visit. They were polite, courteous, and drove us all over town and it really elevated our trip to Providence.

Where to begin…I travel a lot for work and for pleasure, staying at a variety of different locations.
1. 4PM check in? Need I say more?
2. At waiting around for 3 hours for the 4PM check in, I was “upgraded” to a “newly renovated” room that was a smaller bed I booked and paid for. On top of that there was some red jelly substance on the floor, the closet doors didn’t stay open and really didn’t shut, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the knob to turn the water on / temperate was like an inch off the wall and cocked, and the toilet was smaller than a Home Depot 5 gallon bucket.
I have stayed at a variety of Marriot properties including many Omni properties and for the higher price they charged for this location I’d expect at least a mid-tier experience.
I literally came in from another work trip where I stayed at an Aloft, a marriot property, near a major airport and paid half the price / night and not only was the service better, the room was cleaner, actually put together, and was given the room I reserved and paid for.

I loved how close the property was to the Providence Place Mall. The staff were kind, especially at the restaurant/bar. As I was traveling alone I felt safe and welcome in the environment. I was celebrating my birthday and was even sang Happy Birthday to by staff and guests at the bar. I loved my experience and how friendly people were. I am looking forward to booking my next stay there but for a weekend rather than on night.

Check in disorganized and staff not welcoming or really friendly even at all.
Had no soap in my room or extra TP- had to ask for that.
No ice machine on floor despite signage.
Outdated- needs upkeep especially at this rate!
Parking pricey for value of hotel and area.

Fantastic to use the Pool and Hot tub. All USB ports in room were broken. Parking for $25 one night is too high.
