Vrissiana Boutique Beach Hotel

Vrissiana hotel didn't disappoint. Great stuff, nice and polite. Beautiful hotel, best location you could possibly get. Food is excellent, too many options and dessert? One word for it FABULOUS. We love Cyprus very much and we definitely coming back this year.

Came to Cyprus for a family wedding at a different Hotel in the resort. Lovely smallish hotel, clean and tidy with outside staff keeping the area tidy and litter free plus there are plenty of sunbeds. All staff were friendly and helpful but the restaurant staff lead by Aris were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Food was a good standard with lots of choice.

We would like to thank you for a very pleasant stay at your hotel. Your hotel, dining room, swimming pool, beach, and sunbed area are all of a good standard. However, the best part of your hotel is the people who took care of us. Great respect for their work. The right man in the right place is Mr. Aris. He is the heart of the entire team and exudes professionalism, and maintains a pleasant relationship with both guests and staff. We would like to commend Mr. Jonny and Miss Belle. Both are the sunshine in the dining room and the bar. They are always beautifully smiling, pleasant, and very kind to the guests. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. We will be happy to return to you. P.

Sadly our holiday has come to the end. Fantastic as ever, thank you Solomos and Savvoulla and all your staff, you all have made our holiday wonderful. Being disabled having to use a stick and a wheelchair, no problem everywhere has easy access. Food suits everyone. Rooms cleaned every day to high standards. Pool bar and main bar staff all have a huge smile to greet us. An honest review from a couple mid 30’s. We arrived early hours of the morning and checked in which was fine, we were given a sandwich each due to the lateness, no water, wasn’t any in the room which should be standard for a 4 star and nowhere open to buy a drink!! The sandwich was very dry. Rooms: beds were comfy, spacious and clean. We asked for extra pillows which were given no problem. Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in bathroom. If you’re planning on coming to this hotel, a room the side of the main entrance is advisable as we had one the other side and the noise from bells bar at the top of the road at 2am, air horns and cow bells is all you will hear all night until it closes. We complained and ended up moving rooms. Food: we stayed half board, the food is extremely poor. I’m not really sure why some of these reviews give good feedback on the food as it’s terrible. Breakfast choice is awful, evening meal we ate once, had to eat out the rest of the week. Food is nearly always cold, not much choice, bland, just awful. Not what you’d expect from a 4 star. No music in restaurant, very ‘morbid’ atmosphere, everyone you spoke to just complained about how bad the food is. Pool area: the actual pool area is clean, sunbeds are tired looking and don’t expect to get a bed at poolside unless you plan getting up before 7am. They should have a policy in place where you can’t reserve sunbeds or if you aren’t there within an hour, the towels need taking off to let others on them. Sunbeds on the grassed area are very old, some broken, bars digging in your back. The grassed area hasn’t been maintained as the grass is dead and full of ants. The hotel itself is clean, the staff are all very helpful and cannot do enough for you, particularly Aris in the restaurant. There’s no entertainment, no music around the pool either, we luckily had a speaker which we took down with us. Location: hotel is in a central location off the *****. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star, I’d say it’s a basic 3 star, we definitely will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unfortunately.

Lovely hotel on the beach fabulous staff in reception, in the restaurant and at the beach bar. The rooms are clean and specious with cleaners every day. Savvoulla on reception is brilliant, Aris and Petros in the resturant are first class and very professional, also the beach bar run by Alexisis is fabulous.
