Louis St. Elias Resort & Waterpark

Me and my husband and my 11 year old son have just got back from this lovely hotel. We had a great time and on late arrival there was sandwiches, cheese and crackers and water in our room which was great as we were all hungry after a long day. The staff at this hotel are excellent so friendly and go out of their way to help you. We spent most of our time around the big pool with the slides. The lifeguards were very friendly and great fun. There was entertainment on around the pool during the day and entertainment on a night time. The entertainers were great with the kids and we enjoyed the shows on the nighttime as well. All the staff were found were very friendly and a credit to this hotel. Special mention to Flouris the operations manager for coming to see us at the end of our stay to ask if we enjoyed our stay. My son had a great time meeting new friends and would love to come back. Cyprus is one of our favourite holiday destinations ☀️☀️

Can't rate this hotel and it's staff highly enough, first time.e in Cyprus and will definitely be back. Had a very late arrival 0230 and the porter helped with our bags to the room, it can be a little hilly, so the help was greatly appreciated. Food was fantastic and a huge choice, two pools, one large one at the higher part of the hotel with slides and daily entertainment programmes for children and adults. Great range of drinks and cocktails available at both the bars which are open from 10am to 12am, which we liked as the resort does actually get quiet at night that way. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Both myself and my wife booked some massage therapy in their spa centre, which was wonderful and a big thanks to Carol in the Spa for the lovely treatment. There is a main restaurant that produces all of the meals three times daily, nothing is too much trouble for them. My wife is gluten intolerant and had full access to an amazing gluten free menu (which we have not had that much choice in any other hotel). However it's wise to inform the hotel prior to booking in and speak to the chef on day 1, they don't put out gluten free food on the buffets due to cross contamination, but will provide on request, including deserts. There is also the Meze restaurant which serves traditional Cypriot food, this must be booked in advance, would advise doing that very early on as gets fully booked quickly. The evening entertainment is mainly geared around children, which might not appeal to solo/couple adults, however Protaras ***** is a 10 min walk from hotel and seems to cater for most. We spent most of our time in the lower quieter pool, which was just lovely, the bar staff Andrea and Atef are amazing and deserve a shout out for their work. Will definitely be booking her again, Flouris (operations manager) is very welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. Thank you St Elias for a fantastic holiday, will be coming back and staying for 2 weeks next time!.

This is all you need to make your holiday , excellent staff very friendly, lovely clean pools, area well maintained , food superb , again very clean ,staff work hard to keep on top of clean tables, rooms spacious beds comfy , snacks at the pool for the kids and adults were great, will use this resort again

Another fantastic 2weeks at St Elias. We can’t praise this hotel enough. The food is excellent. Tasty varied and very well presented. The rooms are spacious comfortable and very well maintained. Every single member of staff is friendly attentive and well mannered. DJ and the entertainment team are extremely talented and work really hard. We have never met Lifeguards like those at St Elias. They do a fantastic job and are really friendly and caring. This is a great hotel for adults and children. Book with confidence. You will not be disappointed. Thank you one and all for making yet another holiday at this wonderful resort so special X

This hotel is fantastic and exactly what we needed. We wanted somewhere within easy reach of restaurants and shops /beach but not so close that you're in it all. This is exactly the right location with just a 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants etc. Brilliant views of the mountains, the sea and Cyrpus for the hotel. The food is of excellent quality and the staff are all very friendly. We had an apartment with a private pool and it was fantastic. We can't comment on the main pool and the pool with the water slides as we never used them, but looked very clean. This hotel is perfect if you want somewhere to chill out with a laid back atmosphere. We went at just the right time as there weren't loads of people at the hotel. We would definitely return here again. The staff cannot do enough for you.

Wow! Where to start with this hotel.. it’s absolutely fantastic. We stayed with our two children and all the staff were brilliant with them always taking the time to stop and chat to them, all of them were so friendly. Floris, one of the managers was lovely always checking everything was ok and helping us with whatever we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is lovely, rooms spacious and very clean, two pools one which is more of the activity pool with slides etc and the other one is a lot more quiet. Sometimes we were the only ones sat round this pool! The courtesy bus to the beach is great and runs on the hour. The driver was really friendly too. My biggest thank you goes to the Head Chef Mr Kypros. I was really anxious about going on holiday due to having coeliac disease and an intolerance to dairy. I didn’t have to worry at all.. every meal time the chef would take me round the buffet explaining what I could eat and would offer to make me something else if I didn’t fancy what was on offer. He arranged on numerous occasions for separate desserts to be made so that I could eat them. He really went over and above and I cannot thank him enough. I’ve never experienced service like it before, he made me feel safe in what I was eating and it made my holiday. Everybody we spoke to said they were looking at returning and we most certainly would. I cannot recommend this hotel enough there really is nothing to fault. See you soon St Elias! xx

Wow- where to start! We have just left St Elias after the most wonderful 10-night stay with our toddler. This was by far the most special all-inclusive stay we’ve ever experienced, and will most certainly return. What really makes this resort is the staff, who cannot do enough for you. They were all so hardworking, friendly and kind to our daughter. The service was impeccable. The next is the food, which was out of this world. As vegetarians we are sometimes a little stuck, but here we were spoilt for choice. So fresh, beautifully presented, so much variety. Without a doubt the best I’ve come across at an AI. Do also try the meze restaurant that you can visit as part of your AI package- the meal was fantastic & it’s just so lovely to see the pride that the chefs take in their work. Our room (108) was spacious, clean and had a sea view. The cleaner came every day. It was well sound-proofed & the bed was so comfy. All three of us slept very well! We walked into town and to the beach/promenade a few times, which is definitely doable (even with pram etc), but the shuttle bus is great to have. We loved how the hotel was just far away enough from town to feel like a peaceful oasis. The grounds are so beautiful. We also enjoyed being able to move between a quieter pool & one with slides/toddler splash pool (both with a bar). The only small thing we’d have liked is some more resistance equipment in the gym, as it is almost all cardio. Apart from that, an absolutely perfect stay and we cannot wait to return. Do not hesitate to book- you won’t regret it! They were so lovely with our daughter,

We visited the resort at the beginning of May ‘24 and couldn’t fault it with anything. We arrived late at night and there was a bag full of sandwiches and snacks waiting for us. The apartment was very specious and kept clean with towels being changed every single day. Very comfortable beds, felt like I slept in my own bed which I can’t always say about other hotels. We went all inclusive and the food was out of this world. Good rotation through out the week so nothing repeated. Everyone could find something to enjoy as selection of food was wide! Have to mention the staff that worked so hard and so friendly you were always greeted with a friendly smile and there never was a hassle with anything. The wine that is served at both lunch and dinner was very good! The pools also great especially the slides and the life guards were amazing making sure we were safe, especially Andreas and Dimitrij 😘 Also special mention to Andrea and Mohamed from the pool bar for the most friendly service, thank you! 😘 Also as a nature lover I have to mention how impressive the grounds look and the plants are kept well hydrated looking beautiful and healthy. The hotel is situated about 15 min walk to the nearest beach but there’s a shuttle bus that will take you to the fig tree bay every hour. I personally like being away from all the holiday makers noise so for us the location was perfect. We will definitely be back again. Thank you once again for an amazing stay! 🥰 Ps. Almost forgot to mention, it was my daughter’s birthday and when we came back to our apartment after a day full of fun there was a wee birthday cake waiting fore her in the fridge. What a lovely gesture! Thank you!

Can't speak highly enough of this Hotel, the staff, the food and the rooms were all excellent. We went as a party of 10 for Birthday celebrations and they were just brilliant from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Thanks so much from the Welsh bunch.
