Stayed at this hotel for 10 days, with both family and friends. The hotel reception area is very clean and modern. The check in was quick and easy process. Only one hotel key card given, asked for another one during the stay and this was not a problem. There are only two lifts for the hotel, which as the hotel was not a full was not a problem, but could be during busy periods. The rooms - bed was comfortable however only one pillow each, and only one spare one in the cupboard (we did ask for another but it never arrived - used the decorative ones). Air-con in the room is sufficient, however it was not on during the first couple of days. The rooms have been updated, to a modern standard they have a bed, bedside tables however only one draw. So not great if you need the storage, vanity area, cupboard, wardrobe, fridge, tea and coffee marking facilities within the room. You do get a robe and slippers. There is a safe in the room but this is charged at 2.50 euro a day. The bathrooms have not been updated. There was a bath but this didn't work due to the shower being attached but the shower was sufficient. There was shower gel ect in the room, the hair dryer was on the wall and not powerful, so may need to take your own. We had a view of the car park but this did not bother us, if you want a nice view you would need to ask for a beach view. There was wifi in the hotel, which was okay, I didnt get signal in some parts of the hotel and outside. The hotel is based on the beach, so access is very easy. To get to the main road it is just a short walk up a hill. There was not much open as it was the start of the season however in the peak season I can imagine this to be more busy and different. The food - I found the food good, with a variety of foods each day. We were all inclusive so had all meals in the hotel. The staff in the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. Large selections at all meal times. During peak times there are multiple places to eat but this was not the case for us, as only one was open per sitting. There is also a pool bar which did burger and chips. There was a large pool and kids pool at the hotel, they were cold for this time of year (which is normal) so we used the indoor pool. You get a card with your room number and guests in the room and you exchange this for your towels. The sun beds were very comfy, there was some games going on through out the day and classes in the pool. There was a sauna and steam room in the hotel with a hot tub, but didn't use these. There is a hairdressers on site and also a spa with various treatments, I would recommend booking if you wish to use this facility. Overall, we had a good stay, I am sure when the hotel is fully open and at capacity it is a different experience.
