There are several types of rooms. I was in the middle. Not really clean. Bed linens not completely clean. Dirty things like curtains. Part of the bed is dirty. I would not recommend another hotel that was c I was

Recently spent 3 days at the Tsokkos beach hotel on a All inclusive
Room was cleaned every day and comfortable bed.
Pool was lovely and big but can imagine it being very crowded in height of summer.
Food was excellent we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the food tasty and plenty of choice.
Local drinks beer/ spirits were also good as were the soft drinks.
Entertainment around pool was aqua aerobics which lasted approximately half a hour, the music if you can call it that was painful to listen to the volume was turned right up which there was no need for it to be.
It was head banging rave type stuff it truly was dreadful, I felt like it was an endurance test to get through it.
Please when doing these activities cater to your audience as it changes throughout the year and have respect for the guests who do not want to join in who came away to relax.
Some staff really nice others couldn’t even smile especially the 2 ladies on omelette making.

Amazing holidays …. Hotel and rooms are always clean .. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.. Food and drinks are delicious.. pool area it’s clean and big swimming pool… I recommended Tsokkos Protaras 100%

We have just returned from this amazing Hotel , The Hotel it s absolutely beautiful and clean . The food was all freshly cooked and a very good variety . Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools are beautiful and clean . Location of the Hotel it’s perfect. Thank you Tsokkos Protaras for beautiful stay . We will be back

Amazing holidays with family…. Hotel are very clean , staff very friendly and helpful . Food was great and tasty … Round ms clean every day .. The hotel itself is lovely. Very clean rooms good, comfy beds. Staff lovely food of very good quality though repetitive. Unfortunately we went on the 7th July after travel agent said would not be many children. How wrong they were. 70 + according to hotel receptionist and god we knew it. 3am and kids running up and down corridor outside rooms , screaming ,.parents worst for wear and not even attempting to keep them quiet. After 5 days I booked an early flight home for myself and husband as I had no sleep in the time we were there. Never again. And as for entertainment, what entertainment, lap top hooked up to amplifier and speakers playing the same music over again day in day out from 10am to midnight. Also many babies in pool with no nappies on, And no adult pool. This is not a hotel for couples who want some peace and relaxation.

We have just returned from 10 days at the Tsokkos Protaras, this wasn’t the holiday that we had originally booked, we had booked a secret indulgent holiday that we had enjoyed last year. however this year the 5 star hotel was refurbishing its 2 out of 3 pools, so we changed our holiday to the Tsokkos Beach hotel and I am glad that we did. Comparing this hotel to our original holiday I can say that we were over the moon, I cannot understand why this hotel is only a 3 star, the staff were just friendly and fabulous, the housekeeping team were in cleaning the room everyday, as well as the communal areas throughout the day, the place was spotless. The bedroom was a good size. There were fresh towels everyday, a kettle, supplies of tea and coffee which were replenished daily, a fridge, toiletries and a hairdryer. The food was perfect for us so much so my husband ate three meals a day which never happens, there’s endless snacks and there are cocktails along with every other drink available all day, I cannot praise the bar staff enough they were so attentive. You are able to change your beach towels daily which I was not aware of when reading about the hotel, I took my own as I was not expecting this for a 3 star. The pools were great with plenty of subbed despite people getting up at the crack of dawn to put their towels on them! The pool attendant and lifeguard were friendly and helpful and always said hello. The location of the hotel is excellent and there is no doubt that we shall return overall we had a excellent holiday and would now recommend this hotel to anyone, the rating does not reflect the level of service that we received.

Second holiday to this Amazing hotel. Please ignore negative reviews. The hotel is absolutely spotless and staff cannot do enough for you! Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The food was all freshly cooked and a very good variety, especially evening meals. The pools are beautiful and very clean. We always managed to get sunbeds, even going to the pools after 10 am. Location of the hotel is perfect! ***** to left, with bars/restaurants and shops galore! To the right of the hotel the beautiful beach. 5 minute walk if you want a variety of boat trips down by the beach. Thank you Tsokkos protarus hotel! Another beautiful stay. We will be back!
