Vrissaki Beach Hotel

Fandastic !!!

Hotel is rundown. Pool area and pool is not cleaned daily if at all. Rooms are terrible. We paid for a superior room with large balcony. Don’t waste your money . We arrived late Sunday evening and dived straight into bed . The following morning is when we notice the state of the room . Dead flies on curtains .Under my son’s camp bed ( not suitable for a 16 year old) was dust and bits of what looked like biscuits. The shower in the bathroom was rusty and black mold . I think the maid had completely missed the floor when cleaning. It had hair and other unknown objects on it . We went down to reception and was told they would let housekeeping know . They did nothing, we got fed up going to reception to complain. Food was terrible , always luke warm or even cold. Heard the chef tell one person they would warm it up in the microwave. Only good thing was the staff at the pool bar and restaurant.Don’t waste your money on this place . There’s nicer to be had in Protaras

This hotel is in a perfect location. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Marianna (pool bar) is excellent, she has the best music playing. The hotel rooms are really nice with plenty of storage. Cleaned daily. Food - there is a theme night every night with ample choice for any palate. We originally booked B&B but upgraded to AI and it was well worth it.

What a fantastic hotel, great location, literally on the beach, Spotlessly clean and very helpful staff. Our room was amazing and so was the sea view, can’t wait to come back. Can’t fault. Anything about this hotel great location, great food and friendly staff. The only negative thing would be to have bigger bath towels but that is a minor thing. See you all next year

3rd visit to vrissaki beach hotel, we love the location of the hotel, although during high season it gets really crowded. Rooms are basic but very good as they have everything you need, safe, fridge and are clean. Unfortunately the pool area is a bit of a downer for us, even though it is very nice looking, it’s not very relaxing from a couples point of view. People with drinks and food in the pool and kids jumping over your head both into the pool and jacuzzi is not our kind of relaxation. The music is a bit dated and on repeat everyday. Would be nice to hear some local music, or something a bit more modern. Now onto the food, we choose b&b as we knew all inclusive options are not great as it’s buffet only. But breakfast is very limited and everyday it is same. Very little veg, greasy omelettes and poor quality juices and jams. Very boring breakfast, although the sparkling wine is a very nice touch! The staff are very friendly no issues there, and if you pay for poolside drinks made by Mariana they are definitely worthy! I’d say we’d get back here during low season maybe but during summer time it’s not for us. It is cheaper than other hotels but maybe next time for us it might be worth spending a bit extra just to be able to relax a bit more. Unless you want to see the latest bombs children do around the pool while firing chlorine into your beer you will be happy at the pool.

I had the cretan massage first It was amazing so relaxing, also the oil that was used was lovely . We went for a second full body massage a few days later st amazing I like a deep massage and it was perfect . We have book again for day before we leave for a body wrap and facial. Would definitely recommend this spa . The treatments are lovely and the staff very good x The spa is clean and friendly and they are very helpful x Some good offer too.
