Althea Kalamies Luxury Villas

July 19th - 29th july 2024 Beautiful villas in a sweet little resort. Only a few steps to the beach. This is a peaceful resort/area. With protaras and Ayia Napa a short taxi ride away. We loved the bloo restaurant on the sea front. There are a few supermarkets within a 5 min walk away. We've just returned home from a fabulous 10 nights here. We did the jet skis and the aphrodite boat trip from the sea front. We also hired a car for a day and drove to the ancient kourian city, paphos and Ayia Napa. Would definitely recommend these villas over the attached hotel which need updating. Fresh towels and cleaned daily. Free fruit and snack alternate days. Fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks on arrival. Very comfortable beds and fantastic air conditioning which was needed I'm the 40+ degrees heat. We were in villa 7 which had sun at the private pool until 5pm. Would definitely recommend.

The location is fantastic, just 30 steps from the beach. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring three bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a lovely pool. Daily cleaning and fresh towels are provided. We also enjoyed complimentary drinks, sweets, and fresh fruits.

Super nice villas! Very clean and stylish. All the bedrooms had their own AC, which worked perfectly. Villas had a washing machine and a dish washer which was perfect for a family holiday. Villas were cleaned daily. The pool was small and the water was quite cold so our kids mostly went to the hotel pool which was bigger and warmer. Beds and pillows are comfortable. We had a FB at the nearby hotel and that was just fine. Breakfast was great and lunch and dinner buffet okay. FB drinks were not so good, but just an average level of local brands. We had a late flight and we were able to extend our stay with a very small cost. Overall a very nice stay.

Recently stayed here for 10 nights with my family of 6. We chose a villa due to the fact that we wanted our own pool and amenities. On arrival, (2am local time), check in was at the neighbouring hotel where we were shown to our villa, No 4 Aphrodite. First impressions were good although we were tired and went straight to bed. In the morning, we were able to see how lovely it was. It was very clean, well positioned and had all the facilities you could want. There was even a welcome pack of fruit, beer and wine. These gifts continued throughout our stay with little treats being delivered. I must give high praise to the hotel staff who when my daughter broke her ankle on our 3rd day and ended up in hospital, sent her a lovely bouquet of flowers to her hospital room. This was such a lovely gesture and made us quite emotional. I wish to thank them enormously. I would also like to congratulate the cleaning staff who came every day( if you wanted them) and did a fantastic job of cleaning. All in all, I would highly recommend these villas to all and hopefully will come back one day so my daughter can experience it without a broken ankle!

We enjoyed a wonderful time in a 3 bed villa (Myrto no.5) and was lucky to have a partial sea view front and back. The staff from the hotel offered excellent service and we can’t thank them enough for their hard work and kindness. The friendly and helpful housekeeping staff did an excellent job and the pool was also cleaned daily. We were also spoilt with treats delivered from the hotel kitchen most days plus a cake and fizz for a birthday celebration. There are great restaurants around too. We especially liked Kalamies on the beach next to the villas. With wonderful views, food and great service - worth booking for the best tables.
