The hotel is excellent, everyone is very kind. They really try to help. And the spa is perfect! Everything we asked for, we were a large group and they took care of everything for every choice and selection, we were all inclusive, the kids didn't stop snacking all the time and we drank and ate - amazing and the location is great right on the promenade, I had a massage at the spa, amazing. An hour at a completely reasonable price,

This trip has been a nice and relaxing week with great staff and hotel rooms. But our hotel room was next to a really loud machine so we couldn’t aid at the balcony as it was way too loud. Although it was really hot it was definitely worth it, the drinks and pools were really nice! But, the food wasn’t the best we’ve had and the place was a bit small. But otherwise it is an amazing hotel to spend a week at!

Stayed here for 9 nights with my husband and 3 children (ages 15, 13 and 10). This is one of the best all inclusive hotels we have stayed in. Top points are 1. Great food variety (different themes each evening) snack bar by the pool also very good. 2. Great selection of cocktails and other drinks included in all inclusive. 3. Bar and restaurant staff are fantastic. They are so genuine and friendly. 4. Animation staff do a great job but not too intense if you don't want to get involved. 5. Adult only pool area is lovely although this wasn't something we could use. 6. Room size for a family of 5 with two teenagers bigger than me was Great. 7. Excellent location in the centre of Protaras but when in the hotel you didn't feel in middle of the *****. 8. It was my husband's birthday and we were surprised to find a birthday cake in our room which was a lovely gesture. Overall would highly recommend to families and couples. Thank you to all the staff for a great holiday

Great location, just a few minutes from the beach and restaurants. Polite and friendly staff, nice bar with good cocktails, relaxing and quiet spa , the massage was amazing 10/10 Evening animation was fun for both kids and adults. We had a lovely stay and hope to come back next year

We stayed here with our family and really enjoyed it.We picked the hotel just because of the good reviews ,and it turned out to be a great choice. The location is super convenient , right in the center of Protaras. Everything is nearby ,beach, restaurants, shops , so you can walk everywhere. The food was good, especially breakfast. We always looked forward to it in the morning. Staff were very kind and helpful always smiling, which was nice. I also went to the spa with my daughter, we had a massage and it was actually one of the best we ever had. At the end they gave us some herbal tea, small thing but it made the whole experience feel special. We had a really good time and felt relaxed after the trip. Definitely want to come back next year.

Stayed here for a few nights during our holiday and honestly, we were really happy with the experience. The staff were really friendly and kind, always smiling and happy to help. Food-wise, we were surprised - the buffet had a lot of variety, and most of the dishes were really tasty. We also loved the adults-only pool . it was peaceful, clean, and a great spot to just chill without the usual noise. The spa area was super clean. I booked a massage and it was so good, the girls there are doing great job. Overall, it was a really nice stay. Would definitely come back!

We had a great time at Vangelis, enjoyed the pool, closeness to the beach. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and caring. Big thanks to Sous Chef Vangelis & team. We really enjoyed the good discussions with all nationalities that worked at the restaurant. Good that you various themes each night. The animation team did a fabolous job with the various activities. But management, make sure you get them some new gear for the table tennis and the darts. And change those wheels on the luggage trolley.
