Can't fault this hotel. Second time coming here at this time of year,second time we've had a free upgrade to a sea view suite. It's perfectly placed by the beach and coastal path. It's nice and quiet this time of year,just how we like it. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style with loads to choose from. Different themed nights for dinner.

My husband and I have just had a wonderful holiday in this gorgeous hotel. Our room was magnificent with a beautiful 180 panoramic sea view. Our rooms were attended to every day, unless you pressed the do not disturb button. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool area was spacious and the beds were plentiful and no having to put towels out early on a morning. We had breakfast only, this was lovely, plenty of everything and good quality,I especially liked the fresh honeycomb, which made a wonderful touch. I must praise Christina who makes the pancakes and omelettes, always a smile and asking how you are. When I first arrived in the breakfast area, i noticed there was no decaf coffee, I approached Christina to ask if they do decaf, she then told me to hang on and then appeared with a handful of decaf sachets. Every morning she asked me if I had enough coffee. That is going above and beyond and she is a credit to the hotel We can’t wait to go back again in the future as we had a fantastic experience and have no negatives at all to say about the place. Thank you Evelena for making our stay wonderful

We returned to the Evalena this May, now sometimes when you return you don’t get the same experience. That was not the case, we had the same beautiful room, and in our opinion the best in the hotel. My husband had a lovely letter off George the hotel general manager, welcoming us back once again. We arrived to wine and fruit platter. Breakfast is adequate something for everyone i’m not much of a breakfast person anyway, but i found some lovely healthy things to eat as did my husband. Missed Christina though on the pancake and omelets section as she always had pancakes and omelettes ready, so didn’t have to wait for them. We did have pancakes made for us which were delicious by the new staff. Overall we found the staff to be friendly and our rooms were cleaned when we needed them to be. We had a fantastic holiday and the location of the hotel is superb We will be returning next year without doubt. Can’t wait

We had a lovely ten day stay at Evalena. The staff really made this the five star experience it was, they were amazing. Special shout out to Stelios the restaurant manager, and the pool bar tender (Ilios?) whose cocktails were amazing. The food was delicious and varied, the rooms clean and the location lovely. Only suggestions I have would be to have more storage in the rooms (even a few hooks) and perhaps a ping pong table for the kids. Lovely stay - thanks we will book again.

Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and overall we had a really lovely experience. I think it definitely deserves a 4 star rating. As per other reviews note, this hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are smart and contemporary. We found the staff to be welcoming, particularly the waiting and cleaning staff, they work so hard. We opted for Evalena Beach due to its location just on the outskirts of Protatas *****, this meant we were close enough to walk to the action (10 mins) but blissfully quiet at hotel which suits us. The main Protaras beach is only a few minutes walk away and is really fab with some nice chill out bars and restaurants. The pool isn't huge but it's not a huge hotel. We noted that towards the end of our stay (when main season was kicking in) it was a little more challenging to get a bed by pool but always found some. As long as secure one before 9.30/45am should be fine but tbh we went to beach most days. We stayed b&b as like to eat out and noted some of less favourable reviews on food. I think b&b is probably the best option here. Breakfast was fine, not the best I've experienced but sufficient choice for most diners and they do have an omelette and crepe section which is nice (albeit they are very busy). Overall we gave 4/5 for the hotel. The only areas we note for improvement would be better quality towels, slight upgrades to bread and pastry choice at breakfast and also another juice machine to help with queue reduction, finally the main bar to be open a little earlier might be nice. But these are all quite minor and we would happily visit the hotel again.

A couples holiday .. B&B booked. Hotel clean and fresh, rooms were comfortable (could do with a few more coat hangers and hanging space). Pool / sun-bed area a little small but many excellent beaches very close by. The bedroom was fine, comfy beds, cleaning services excellent. Breakfast was adequate and provided a good range / choice. Apart from the relaxed atmosphere, the best thing we thought about the Evelina is the cocktails made by Zac; he was a wizard with making sure they were perfect. The Eveline is in a perfect position to pick up the boardwalk skirting the area and away from the noisy ***** ☺️

Stayed at the Evalena Hotel protaras over this weekend. Hotel lovely and clean.Located in a quiet spot but close to everything. Staff very pleasant and helpful.Bar staff excellent Zacharias thank you for your cocktails the best.will definitely be coming again.

Hotel in a lovely, quieter location, just got back from a 10 nights stay. Got there late on our first night, was put in the wrong room, we booked a superior sea view room with a large balcony, this was rectified the morning after! Think there is only 3 of these rooms on the front. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday day. Food, probably the worst all inclusive I have experienced, and I’m not a fussy person, really not much choice but didn’t go hungry, and it was pot luck if it was hot. Drinks, all inclusive finish at 10pm which is a first for me, normally at least till 11pm Main bar was never open before 5, so had to go over to the pool bar if we wanted an early drink before we went out. Late check out. Our flight was 11.30pm, Paid 60 euros to keep the room on till 6pm, brackets was cut off at 12, was offered a lunch voucher with a drink till 2pm, anything after that had to be paid for 🤷♀️ I assumed all inclusive would stand till 6pm at checkout, that has been the case everywhere else I have stayed and done this. Staff, Personally couldn’t fault them, always welcoming and friendly. Would i stay here again, probably not!!

This was our first visit to Cyprus and we loved it. The Evalena Beach was a lovely mid sized hotel in a lovely position. The staff were all very friendly, except for the barman who told us that we couldn’t have coffee, when others around us had it. Because of the language difficulty we didn’t argue the point and didn’t ask again!!! The food was plentiful and fresh and a good variety. A slight disappointment was the ‘sameness of the desserts’ which all appeared to be milk based mousse type desserts most of the time. As I have to avoid milk that meant that most evenings I could not have a dessert. The alternative was cheese which I also have to avoid. This would not stop me from returning to the hotel though. The rooms were a good size and very clean, and when we visited at the end of April there were always sun beds available. Every day we could see numerous staff making sure that the pool and surroundings were clean. The Jet 2 staff at the airports were very helpful as always. Overall, a lovely holiday.
