The area of lobby it’s empty no sofa no decoration
I think the furniture for room is standard not luxury
I mean all the hotels need more decor and more luxury furniture

Magnificent hotel. Very calm. Well located.
Close to Protaras and its beaches (where you can go on foot) but where you avoid the crowds!
Far from mass complexes.
Coves in front of the hotel where you can swim.
Walk which passes in front of the hotel.
Free hotel parking.
Mini fridge in the room which is filled with drinks (free) when you arrive (filled only once during the entire stay).
2 small bottles of water per day are left in the room and 2 small chocolates at the end of the day (which is appreciated).
Free iron and ironing board on request.
Free secure safe in the room.
No French TV channel but you can connect your Netflix account to the TV.
Nearby 15 minutes by car from Cap Greco.
Very nice decoration.
I was lucky enough to be upgraded with a pool view.
Charming staff (especially the blonde lady at reception - whom I thank warmly - who did everything so that I could have a breakfast at my convenience on the day of my departure at 5:30 a.m.).
2 employees speak French (which helps).
No need to take a pool towel. The hotel will provide (/lend) one to you for your stay.
Beach mattresses allocated upon your arrival according to your convenience (you can change them), which avoids having to reserve deckchairs.
I really appreciated the calm of the hotel.
We feel good there. I would happily come back and recommend without hesitation.

We checked in 2nd April. Check out 6th April. It’s flown by. Here with mum and my siblings. The staff are attentive, rooms clean and spacious. We asked for extra duvet due to chilly nights. location quiet no roaring traffic. Close to local shops (15 minute walk). Sun loungers are allocated so no towels to hog the “best” spot. We stayed half board, lots of choice. We had lunch a couple of times I’d recommend the crusted salmon. Rooms are spacious. I’d deffo stay here again.

Wow what a hotel, the place oozes class, lovely comfortable rooms, we didn’t have a sea view and had no problem as we were on 5th floor lower rooms may not have been as good, Every member of staff was great and couldn’t do enough for you, lovely food and good selection of drinks at a reasonable price. Pools are amazing and sun bed allocation works so well, other hotels should look at this, My only issue was that we didn’t go for 2 weeks (we will next time) Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, my new favourite Thank you to all staff,

To be fair we were at the end of season. I’m super pleased we didn’t upgrade to a sea view room as you loose the sun by midday. It’s a strangely positioned resort. All the hotels on the ***** have been built far too high, by 2pm there was no sun on the pool or on any of the hotel pool areas along the *****, the sun sets to the west behind the mountains. We’d go and sit on our balcony to get the late afternoon sun, The a la carte restaurants are located within the other hotels in group along the ***** and I failed to understand was just because our house was a 5 star out wine cost for the same bottle was higher! Its in on very pretty peninsula only, very little entertainment, an austere atmosphere in the lobby, small bar area. The staff were lovely and very much in need of their break. Would I return no, I prefer the Paphos coastline and bizarrely the vibe and beaches of Ayia Napa.

Very nice hotel. Lovely, large, clean room. Good location. Pool was spotless and stunning but so so bitterly cold. I have never before not been able to get in a pool but I just couldn’t, it took your breath away. Shame it wasn’t marginally heated. Sunbed allocation system worked really well. Sunbeds so comfortable. Shame the hotel blocks the sun in the afternoons so you lose all sun to sunbathe. Lovely and quiet. Little bay / beach right by the hotel is filthy - you cannot get in the sea there is so much litter and debris - shame the hotel don’t try and keep this clean. Buffet was small but good. If you swap your dinner for lunch - it was an a la carte set meal that was very good. Wrap around restaurants were pretty poor quality but gave same variety if you wanted to eat out. Good location. Staff all very nice. Spa outstanding - treatments really impressive - I had 4 the week I was there, they were so good and luxury Elemis products used.
