Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa

Can not fault this hotel, they go the extra mile for everything. All the little extras count. Welcome drinks. Wine and fruit left in room. Mini bar complimentary, room cleaned twice a day and chocolates left. Free session in the amazing spa which was the best spa experience I’ve ever had. Free towels for the pool everyday. Allocated sunbeds so you know you have them regardless. Location is centre for everything. Think it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. We were B&B and breakfast was a really good selection. Restaurants outside the hotel are nice too and they offered us 5 days for 120 euros each to eat in about 6 restaurants but we had hired a car to go around island but if we come again I would Definitely take up the offer. Beach is gorgeous too. We would return again in future.

Excellent hotel. Faultless. All staff polite and helpful, so much so it seems unfair to single any out. Sarlota in the restaurant was delightful as was the gentleman whose name I don't remember but I think was the restaurant manager. Reception staff could not have been more helpful especially when a trip we booked failed to pick us up. The lady behind the desk advised us on local bus times and the day turned from one of failure to being delightful. I could sit here for hours trying to think of a negative comment but I know I will fail. My wife and would definitely return.

Excellent Hotel with fantastic staff. The location is perfect right on the beach that has golden sand and crystal clear water. From the moment you arrive to the time you leave the staff can’t do enough for you. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and it was a very pleasant sight to see a sandwich waiting for us in the room. The idea of allocated sun beds is superb. We stayed as bed & breakfast but did try almost all the restaurants and food and service excellent. As said staff are amazing and I don’t like to single out anyone especially as I can’t remember all the names but the pool bar staff great and we had great fun with Assam and Kiki in the evening Water Bar. There are loads of restaurants and bars with live music and an abundance of tribute acts to choose from on the ***** outside the front of the hotel. Out the back by the sea you can walk for miles with quieter bars and restaurants. All in all number one on my holiday list and can’t wait to come back.

The Sunrise Pearl is one of the best we have been in. Everything about it is spot on. Starting with the amazing staff, Vera on reception was so friendly and efficient. The staff in the Mistral restaurant were excellent. Special thanks to Maya and Durga who looked after us most of the week and Charlotte the restaurant manager. They always had a smile on their faces. The room was number 826 and had a good sea view. It was a fairly good size and had double sinks in the bathroom as well as a shower and a bath. They were cleaned daily to a good standard. They also checked at night to see if you needed towels etc and left delicious chocolates for you. The fridge is stocked on arrival with water wine beer and juice. Once used the water tea coffee etc will be replenished daily. One of the best things in this hotel is the sun bed allocation for your entire stay. I don’t know why other hotels don’t follow this. You can order drinks or food using a QR code if you don’t want to move.. The food in the buffet restaurant is so good. Plenty of choices with themed evenings. We loved the dine around option. You can choose from Asian, Italian, Greek, Brazilian, Steakhouse and Seafood. There is a 20 euro per person allocated in the seafood. Anything extra you pay the difference. There are a few pools. One is allocated for adults only. We found them to be fairly warm to get into.The sea was colder. There are a few slopes around the hotel which people should consider if they have a mobility problem. Entertainment at night is fairly low key. There is usually a pianist or violinist playing during the evening meal. If I was being super critical I would say that this isn’t necessary as you can’t really appreciate it. I also would have preferred something a little more upbeat for the evening entertainment. We did go next door to the Sunrise beach a couple of nights but wasn’t much better there. The alternative is to go out onto the ***** with tribute acts or loud music. Protaras beach is fantastic with white sand and crystal waters. We went on a boat trip and were lucky enough to see the turtles. Reasonably priced at 30 euros each which included a barbecue lunch and lasted three and a half hours. Buses are so cheap. A trip to Ayia napa took about 20 minutes and cost 3 euros for two people. The bus stop is just to the left when you go out of the hotel. This hotel is amazing and the manger should be proud of all the staff. We will definitely return at some point.

I cannot find a single fault with our stay. Staff excellent, as were the facilities at the hotel. We stayed B&B - and the breakfast catered for all needs. There is no searching for sunbeds round the pool as you are reserved them each day in a location to suit you. We had a deluxe sea view room which didn’t disappoint. I would definitely return again.

Loved this hotel, staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was great. Pools were good and the pool service was prompt and enjoyed the free fruit chunks in the afternoon. Location was good on the middle of town so plenty of places to eat and right on the beach

Beautiful hotel! Avraam and Kyriaki are amazing bar staff and a credit to the hotel. The hotel was in beautiful location and I couldn’t find one fault. All the staff are lovely. The buffet food was incredible with a huge choice of different food meeting all dietary needs. I would 100% recommend.

The hotel was immaculate! It is a beautiful hotel, very clean and has amazing views of the beach. In my opinion, this hotel was one of the best looking and in one of the best locations along the beach. The hotel has a lot of facilities including a spa, 6 associated restaurants and 5 pools with access to additional facilities at the sister hotel. The beach has soft sand with many sun beds in front of the hotel. The food quality, range, and volume was fantastic. The staff are very attentive, all were excellent in particular Durga and the food and beverage supervisor. Overall, we had an amazing time and we will definitely be returning.
