Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa

We had a great Time at the Hotel. Everything what we needed was taken care of. And especially the staff at the Restaurant waterfall was very friendly. The adult’s pool was perfect for us and quiet. Also was the sea close by. We had a standard Room with Seaview. The Room service cleans the rooms every day and was therefore clean. We also tried the massage. And it was so relaxing. We had with the Spa together a wonderful experience. Overall, we will come back as soon as we can. Greetings from Armin and Sarah

just returned from our first visit to the sunrise pearl and spa in protaras. the room we had was a superior sea view room which was large with a very large comfy double bed . the bathroom had bath and shower which was good .take a slip matt in your luggage as standing in the shower was like and ice slaking ring so accidents could happen if you slip. air con very good. plenty of clothing storage. we stayed half board but if we went again we would possibly go bed breakfast as the only fault with this hotel was the evening meal choice and standard which at the best 1 star. breakfast great with loads of choice and the food at the pool dining area was very good so why the evening meals were so poor was beyond me. pool area good and been given your choice of sunbeds and brolly for the week was good. staff overall were brilliant through out our stay. location great right on the beach with the ***** behind the hotel a short walk for the music and restaurant choice.

This is was my 8th time returning to the sunrise pearl hotel, and as per the the usual it did not disappoint. From the excellent level of service, to the stunning scenery and the high quality of food, our stay was amazing. The setting in the waterfall restaurant was amazing, with an amazing selection of food at both breakfast and dinner, and we were looked after by Charlotte who is both personable and professional. The finer details is what sets this hotel apart, such as the frozen towels by the pool, the fruit delivered to your sunbed and the chocolate praline truffles left in your room after night service. As I said, the service was impeccable so I’d love the compliment some of the staff in particular : Kiki at the hotel bar, Mariella at the pool bar, Tsvetanko delivering maid service, Glykeria and Vera on reception and of course Charlotte and her restaurant staff. We can’t wait to return next year!

The Hotel Location is fantastic. The hotel was spotless , all staff lovely and they did everything they could to help make our holiday five star which they succeeded in doing. We booked bed and breakfast then upgraded when we saw how good the food was. Food very good and Chefs do everything to try satisfy you. Sometimes when very busy you may need to wait a couple of minutes if you want freshly cooked eggs at breakfast. One of our family has a wheat allergy so we informed the chefs who prepared some gluten free food for them. Next time id probably email the hotel first to find out the options of gluten free food available for peace of mind. If you need gluten free food give the chefs or reception some notice so you can eat at the same time as your family etc. The choice of local restaurants you could use as part of the evening meal deal gave us great variation at a fair price. 5 nights food for the price of 4. The organisation should be very proud of the 5 star standards all the staff work hard to keep up. This hotel seemed to have a quieter atmosphere than its adjoining sister hotel the Sunrise beach . So if with children there seemed to be more activity at the Sunrise beach at the time we were there in first week of October. Both amazing hotels and you wont be dissapointed.

Another great visit to the Pearl. Lovely, relaxing hotel. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, great pillows and serviced to a very high standard by the lovely housekeepers. Breakfast, lunch, pool and reception staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. Location on the beach and seconds from the *****, sea view rooms are so peaceful with no evening noise. Highly recommend and look forward to our next visit !

We are nearly at the end of a wonderful holiday in the Sunrise Pearl. The hotel is beautifully kept and so clean, you really can't fault it. What is really special about the hotel is the staff. They are such lovely people and cannot do enough for you. We have stayed here many times and they become like friends, recognising us and making us feel at home. We would particularly like to thank Vera and Lykeria on reception, who were so lovely and Vassilis the wonderful head chef who was so kind and helpful to me with my food intolerances, cooking me different things and delivering them personally. We have had a fabulous holiday and will definitely be back next year - can't wait!!

From the minute we arrived at this hotel to the minute we left we felt valued and looked after. Every single member of staff, regardless of role, was friendly, efficient and professional. We were greeted with a drink on arrival. There were no charges for things like the safe, towels, etc. and someone took us to our room and showed us how everything worked. Our suite was immaculately clean and sparkling. We soon found this the case with all the hotel areas. The allocated sun bed was great (we asked to be around the adult pool and was given a fab location). Even though this isn’t an adult only hotel it was peaceful and calm where we were. The food quality in this hotel is amazing and the dine around option included in half board is fantastic value for money. Location - can’t get any better. Right on the *****, so central to everything. Situated on the beach and the sea directly in front of the hotel has no rocks so you can literally walk straight in. It’s ridiculously clear and like a large bath. Customer service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. Frozen flannels were brought to your sunbed around noon. A small bowl of fresh fruit followed in the afternoon. There was a manager’s cocktail party which guests were invited to and this gave a really personal touch (shout out to Christos who is great). I’ve been to Cyprus quite a few times and got married at the Sunrise Beach. I will definitely come again and can honestly say that these two hotels are the best I have stayed at in Protaras!

Cannot fault this amazing hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, clean throughout and right on the beach. The food is excellent and good choice of restaurants, worth paying for full board. Loved having a designated sunbed for the entire stay.
