Blue Ivy is a very nice hotel with a great location in Protaras area. I would reccomend it mainly for families. It has one pool for adults and one pool for kids. The adults pool is nice but I expected it a bit larger for the size of the hotel... The restaurant is exactly near the adults pool and it's very decent. Breakfast is superb and staff is super nice. Overall I had a good experience.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the hotel manager (Nicos) we’ve been made to feel like absolute royalty! The manager made a point of a checking in with us every day to make sure that we were happy! Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff were absolutely fantastic - a real credit to the hotel. Always happy to accommodate any request, and always enthusiastic, despite their long days. Filious was a great addition to the team, he was so kind and always stopped to chat - we were even treated to a shoulder massage from him!! Amelié (Bulgarian waitress) was so lovely and helpful, and it felt as if she genuinely cared about making sure we were having a great holiday. Sheri (male waiter, not sure how to spell his name) was incredibly good to us, and would regularly just check in to see that we were ok, or if we needed anything. There was also a waiter at breakfast who poured the coffees, who was an absolute star, ensuring that no cup was ever left empty! Amazing staff was just the start of this fantastic week. The room was spotless and we had a large balcony with a sea view and a day bed - absolute bliss! Finally, the food was top notch! We were nervous to go all inclusive initially as you never know what the buffet will be like, but we were delighted with the offerings. There were themed nights such as Italian, Chinese and Greek and we ate a range of foods, which were all delicious, from beef stroganoff to duck pancakes - everything was fantastic! The breakfast was a buffet too, but great quality, with an a la carte lunch menu. The cocktails were delicious - the pina colada and watermelon breeze were my personal favourites. My husband had also recently turned 50, so on arrival to our room, we were greeted with a gorgeous birthday cake! Overall we had an absolutely fantastic week away and I would highly recommend that if you’re visiting Protaras, you MUST stay at The Blue Ivy!! It was everything we hoped for and more!!

Can’t fault this hotel in anyway. All staff polite and couldn’t do enough for all their guest , rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday with fresh towels . Lovely maid comes round every evening giving all guest two biscuits wrapped with a blue ribbon and a note saying sleep tight what a lovely touch . We have visited this hotel several times and looking forward to our next holiday here in June 25 and looking forward to seeing you all soon. Excellent hospitality and food was so delicious.

Excellent spotless facilities but the icing on the cake are the wonderful staff who make you feel very welcome & part of the family - the quality & choices of food are excellent & cater for all tastes - Nicos the Manager is a lovely Man who is clearly passionate about creating the perfect holiday environment and that Culture flows down through all the staff - we will definitely return & highly recommend you try a visit

A lovely hotel which is not too big or overwhelming in a perfect location. We went All Inclusive and have to say that it was the best food I’ve ever had at an All Inclusive hotel! We stayed in room 311 with a view of the pool and the sea which was lovely! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as happy and comfortable as they can too. A big shout out to Tryfonas, Nicos, Carolina and Peter for taking such good care of us!
