We had one of the apartments on the ground floor. The mattress was past its best. I have never experienced anything so saggy. The room could have been cleaner, especially so simple. The kitchen was so-so, the microwave hadn't been cleaned properly for a while. The rest of the room was fine, apart from the bathroom, which is where you want to clean yourself and feel comfortable. The shower was full of deposits (mold and shower residue). We went to Lidl on the first evening and bought cleaner. It soaked for half an hour and the shower was clean (which is the worst thing about it). So in a nutshell the bathroom and kitchen are now clean. Because we cleaned everything. We didn't have the nerve to keep changing rooms. And it only took a few simple steps to clean everything. I think that's the worst thing. The breakfast in the adjacent hotel was amazing. And the staff were very friendly and really on the ball.

So ein schönes Ferienzimmer sogar mit Außenrollladen. Für mich als Dunkelschläfer war es das Paradies. Super nettes Personal. Verpflegung gab es im Rugard Hotel und die Silvesterfeier im Arkona. Sehr liebevoll ausgerichtet. Die Verpflegung war prima.

Wir haben, auf unserer Rundreise durch Deutschland, hier einen 6 Tage Halt geplant. Wir hatten zuerst ein Studio, in den Arkona Strandresidenzen gebucht, haben uns aber für ein Superior Studio entschieden. Das hatte einen Aufpreis den wir akzeptierten. Als wir angekommen sind, waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Man hat uns, wahrscheinlich das schlechteste Studio gegeben. Parterre und auf die Strassenseite für 7 Nächte!! Ein Studio dieser Art ist für ein paar Tage OK, aber nicht für eine Woche. Nach Intervention, hat man uns ein anderes Superior Studio offeriert, mit einem Zuschlag von nochmals 400 Euro! Zum Glück war es eine Woche schönes Wetter, so das wir tagsüber weg waren. Zu erwähnen ist, dass, das Studio soweit okay war, älteres Mobiliar aber sauber. Und direkter Zugang zur Tiefgarage. Ein weiterer Punkt sind die Leute an der Rezeption. Ich habe mich erkundigt nach einem Bus Richtung Baumwipfelpfad in Zentrum Rügen. Da wurde mir erklärt der Bus halte etwa 250 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Wir liefen dorthin und der Bus hielt. Aber, auf dem Retourweg, hielt der Bus genau vor dem Hoteleingang! Der Frühstücksraum ist gross und daher laut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und es wird regelmässig aufgefüllt. Abendessen kann ich nicht beurteilen. Uns hat Rügen sehr gut gefallen, aber wir würden eine andere Unterkunft wählen

Ich war für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, besonders gut hat mir die offene Raumaufteilung gefallen und die kleine Terasse, die zum Zimmer gehörte, sowie die kleine Küchennische. Es war ein sehr sauberes Zimmer und ich hatte auch die Möglichkeit in dem gegenüberliegenden Schwesternhotel Arkona, den Sauna und Welnessbereich nutzen zu können. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, bei Check in und Check out, auch waren Sie sofort ansprechbar bei Rückfragen und Problemen. Gerne wieder! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen :)
