We loved the beautiful view and it was nice to see friendly animals wandering close to our cabin in the morning.
However, the accommodation itself is very old and in need of serious renovation. The sofa was so dirty-looking that we didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on it. The ceiling had peeling and flaking paint, and there was no proper heater—only one air-conditioning unit for the entire house. On our first night, we were shivering from the cold. Thankfully, there was an electric blanket in the bedroom, but even that only worked on one side. On the second night, we had to request the extra heaters to make the place livable.
This property has great potential thanks to its location and surroundings, but it really needs a full renovation to match the beauty of its setting.

toilets and showers are super clean, water pressure is good,, beds are comfy 😃 we loved the kitchen, there was coffee machine, salt, oil, mustard etc. superb for cooking

Accommodation which is surrounded by beautiful views.Mt.Roland is just front of the balcony and large green cattle farm.
1 hr drive to Mt.Cradle NP.
Beautiful Lake Barrington is just nearby.
The accomodation can be improved by cleaning up all the sofa and chairs that are placed at the balcony.

The location of this cottage is ideal for those planning a day trip to Cradle Mountain, as it is only a 45-minute drive away. There are three donkeys and one horse on the property behind the cottage, which guests are welcome to interact with and take photos of. However, it should be noted that the cottage can become quite cold at night, and the heater and bed heater are not functioning properly. This may be a concern for guests visiting during colder months, when temperatures can drop below 0 degrees Celsius.

The beautiful house is fully furnished with everything you need in the kitchen. They also provide bicycle to ride to enjoy the awesome views. There are also horses, donkeys to visit your home too. At night you are able to see babies kangaroos. So awesome view. We had a wonderful time
