Location was the best. Right at the beach. BUT construction is going on next door and they were banging on our wall at 6am. There was a worker right on the window. When we complained at the front desk, they said it’s not them! Not even an apology. We asked the construction guy and he said another 6 months. We wanted to come back before the summer’s end but we’ll consider another place on the beach. Also no parking.

The room was on the 3rd floor and has a great view of the beach and ocean. Awesome breeze and awesome vibe. It is convenient to everything on the Malecón. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Our expectations were set to "reasonable" and the Hotel did NOT disappoint. It has a nice pool, a great location, and one of the best views in Progreso. Just a great stay

The room was in a inside hallway closd to the entrance, noisy and the mini fridge was also noisy we had to umplug it, hotel needs multiple upgrades including the shower head.

Excellent location, beach/malecón front. Close to restaurants, stores, etc. Our room was close to the reception and it was a bit noisy at nights.

Difficult to find property as it fronts on a board walk that used to be a street. Very difficult to get luggage from a car ,that may have to park a considerable distance from hotel.

Great location, average place
The location is ideal for access to the beach. The rooms are just ok. There were two beds in our room and the single bed was old, uncomfortable and miss-shapen. The staff was nice! It would be nice if they offered coffee in a dispenser at a common location for guests.

The hotel is well located. However other than a very basic and small room there are no other services. Not even coffee inside the hotel. The hotel did not honor the ******* reservation, cancelling it without alerting us nor *******, and upon check in time, they asked us to do so with a new reservation directly with the hotel and at a higher price.
