I do want to preface this by saying we visited Progreso during the off season and we are not fluent Spanish speakers. We arrived to our hotel and despite paying for an ocean view, the ocean was almost completely blocked by the museum. The towels had stains on them, the water was very weak (I suspect the shower head needs a good deep clean) and it stayed hot for less than 10 minutes. When I inquired about getting a toured booked, the manager said he couldn't call anyone and simply pointed to a direction where a tour business was located. They did not speak English despite what it says on their page. We checked out early.

Rented a Studio, Only Thing available a refrigerator Not a single Silverware or even napkins in the kitchen,Asked for a shower towel they wanted to charge me 150 pesos for a towel Ridiculous,Ac Wasn't working at all, And Pool Closes Way to early 8pm Never Again Staying in this Hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, nice pool, and amazing location! Also all of the staff was incredibly friendly! We will definitely be back!

Great stay at this hotel.
It is one block from the beach and right beside an OXXO that has great coffee for $27pesos
The hotel staff were all very friendly.
My room included a large refrigerator but no other kitchen appliances. This property is a block from the malecón and walking distance to a local market/food court and the Chedraui

I asked for 1 night refund and was told to speak with ******* by property Management named Cielo. When asked she said I had to speak with *******.
Then Cielo claimed I ruined her sheets with a red stain I didn’t
She told me she wanted 250 prsos to clean the sheets and then she would submit my request to *******!
Staff at the desk were unfriendly and not accommodating.
Cockroaches iin my room I have photos…
No restaurant or laundry as advertised on the ******* site.
Never did get my refund!
I stayed for a month would not recommend booking with Rxpedia or staying in this hotel.
They are liars.
