San Michele Boutique Hotel

Lovely hotel in superb location on stunning island . We had a junior suite but found the small balcony to be too tall to see over when seated so upgraded our room to the suite with the large terrace . This was SO much nicer as we had so much more room to enjoy the veiw . The decor is lovely and one of the reception staff was particularly helpful . The other seemed unable to help much.

Balcony is terrible, very hold and dirty. Hotel is very desapointed doesn't wort the price at all. . Staff are very frendly and work very professional. Unfortunately never return. Should invested more money plus no privacy in term of balcony. Picture are very tricky.

Be careful, not all rooms are as advertised! We were a family so I booked a grande suite and a regular room. The grande suite we were given was an accessible room. We do not have disability needs. Due to accessibility the room had a lot less decoration than the pictures and the bathroom was really poor (see pics). I spoke to the staff several times they maintained it was the same size as the others so in that category. It was just a poorer quality room and should have been sold at a lower price. The reception staff behaved totally demotivated which is in contract to the restaurant staff who are the most charming and the heart of the hotel

The photos of the hotel and room did not reflect the reality. The room (Grande Suite) was spacious but the furniture uncomfortable (except for the bed, which was very nice). The bathroom was small and awkward in layout. I would not call this a boutique hotel because, while it is in a very lovely locale, the amenities and attention by the staff were not at that level of luxury. One of the reasons we chose San Michele was that it advertised spa services through a partner property. Upon arrival, when I inquired about an appointment, I was told that the spa was closed for the season (mid-October). The staff member was not apologetic about the discrepancy nor did they direct me to any other option. We did not feel like welcomed guests in this hotel; the staff at the front desk as we were coming and going hardly looked at us or greeted us. Finally, the price was far too high for the accomodations and services received. Procida was very quiet at this time of year, and the hotel is situated in a charming nook on the island.

We have enjoyed fully our stay. The hotel has a perfect location. It overlooks the marvellous harbour Coricella. Rooms are originally furnitured and splendid small and not so small balconies. Wifi is fast and reliable. Breakfast is abundant and a la carte. Recommended

Amazing boutique hotel in charming “back in time” marina in Procida. Gorgeous views from the balcony and literally the best food on the island for breakfast, lunch and dinner at Il Pescatore.
