The location is good, and the food was as well. The waitstaff were kind and professional, which we appreciated. However, the room was quite outdated, and we could clearly hear guests in the neighboring room — as if they were in ours. Also, the sea directly in front of the hotel wasn’t clean. WiFi does not work. The real issue, though, was the management (the director). Our car was damaged while parked in the hotel’s lot — we’re talking about thousands of euros in damage — and the hotel director showed absolutely no concern. No apology, no support, not even a small gesture like a complimentary dinner or a discount for a future stay. It felt like a bad joke — but unfortunately, it wasn’t.
