Amazing rooms, food, drinks, service and beach. 7 yr old son also really enjoyed the kids club. The on site restaurants le capannine was also really good. Hotel has everything nearby and is in a great location. We had a car and could easily visit the island. Procchio is a small town that is walking distance from the hotel and has the basic necessities.

The location is good, and the food was as well. The waitstaff were kind and professional, which we appreciated. However, the room was quite outdated, and we could clearly hear guests in the neighboring room — as if they were in ours. Also, the sea directly in front of the hotel wasn’t clean. WiFi does not work. The real issue, though, was the management (the director). Our car was damaged while parked in the hotel’s lot — we’re talking about thousands of euros in damage — and the hotel director showed absolutely no concern. No apology, no support, not even a small gesture like a complimentary dinner or a discount for a future stay. It felt like a bad joke — but unfortunately, it wasn’t.

This is a very pleasant resort in a beautiful setting. Top marks go to the staff who are very friendly and more than helpful. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. Also a very picturesque beachside restaurant with good food. The gardens and beach are pristine with more helpful staff around if you need them. My only negative comment is that while the rooms are very clean, they are rather tired, with outdated bathrooms, hairdryers and door locking arrangements. However on the plus side the air con is good. Despite these small niggles I would most definitely return again.

Service makes this hotel outstanding —in addition to its charming setting in beautifully tended grounds alive with birdsong, beside a pristine sandy beach, delicious meals, large, super seawater pool. When I forgot my passport in the safe, the reception staff got it sent to me within five days.

Hotel del golfo is a good four starts hotel. The pools are nice and the main one is sea water. The beach is beautiful ( every time you change beach towels you need to pay €1) The restaurant is very good with plenty of desserts. We paid for half board ( breakfast and dinner) and I definitely recommend that. This was my first time in Italy and I did not know but no irons in the hotels that I have visited. The hair dryer was weird and it did not work for me. I lake the gardens. Cleaning and personnel were good. I recommend the hotel and we definitely would return.

A real 4 star. Excellent location ... excellent services ... swimming pool ... whirlpools ... spaces direct access to the sandy beach and a good sea ... internal parking ... To underline the quality of the truly high level restaurant. The cost is certainly not low but it is worth it. The sleeping rooms are simple but functional. Good night tranquility. The only flaw is the choice to charge a third bed in a double room with an almost full rate .... a bit exaggerated ....

Bella struttura sulla spiaggia di Procchio. Il punto forte è sicuramente il ristorante, cibo ottimo e servizio impeccabile. Bella la spiaggia con ombrelloni e lettini privati, anche se il mare proprio lì davanti è torbido. Unici appunti che mi sento di fare per essere veramente eccellenti: - considerando che siamo in un 4 stelle, mi aspettavo almeno una bottiglietta di acqua in camera al giorno. - parcheggio privato troppo piccolo, giá a giugno era pieno. - nella mezza pensione non includere le bottiglie di acqua a cena è poco elegante, meglio far pagare qualcosa in più ma averle incluse. - la camera era spaziosa, ma era comunicante con un’altra e quindi l’insonorizzazione era praticamente zero. Comunque, a parte questi dettagli, è sicuramente una struttura valida.
