Stayed at the Hotel Opera in Nov 2023, the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, and all spoke very good English. The hotel is in a superb location in the city centre. One night the member of staff on reception even paid for a pizza we'd had delivered to the hotel after it had arrived before we'd got back haha. The rooms were very clean and tidy, nice bathroom, excellent place to stay.

Spent 2 nights here. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Breakfast huge. Hotel centrally located, all sights within walking distance. Perfect base for a weekend visit. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby.

Very centrally located hotel close to all amenities. Pleasant clean, room (101) and very comfy bed. Staff polite and very helpful, speaking excellent English. Breakfast served in a basement room and was tasty and fresh.

I've stayed here twice; Oct 21 and March 22 and enjoyed both occasions. The staff are awesome - super helpful and will go out of their way to help. The rooms are very clean, nice linen, mini bar, TV + bathroom with shower, good + free Wifi. Very central and economical, you can travel anywhere from Hotel Opera. A bit noisy from streets below. Suggestions: a full length mirror, perhaps on the inside door of the cupboard Breakfast - I found it far too much and would suggest cutting back on the choice and variety on offer.

Fabulous new hotel. Everything is super modern and new 🤩 The rooms have amenities and the bed is really comfortable. Breakfast is fresh and delicious and the location is just around the corner of the main walking street. Super nice staff 😊 We were in room 103 and the wifi was not really working on the window side of the bed, but it was ok!

Excellent staff very helpful couldn't do enough for you really clean and tidy handy to resturaunts and bars and shops 2 minute walk 25 minute ride from the airport and they will organise a taxi for you when you arrive at the airport to the hotel front door

Central hotel with parking problems. Staff speaks good English, professional and kind. Small but well furnished room. comfortable bed . TV not connected well and therefore not working. However they don't have international channels. Good breakfast
