Very nice new hotel too far from the city center, very kind and young staff Good restaurant and excellent breakfast They have bar, piano bar, swimming pool and spa. Possibly to have a physiotherapeutic massage , I tried and the man that did it was extremely professional

The rooms are very basic with absolutely no service (e.g. water bottles, coffee etc.). No desk except a little shelf to put luggage. Curtains are light and cannot stop sunlight from coming into the room and disturb your sleep. Bathroom (toilet and shower) is good and hotel is clean. Staff are overall friendly, but management plays a game where they can change your booking and put you in an extremely low quality hotel (gorenje) saying that they have no space and that they are trying to be helpful. The hotel they send you to is extremely old and have no good service at all (no working tv system, smelly shower and toilet, horrible curtain and noise, very old air-conditioning, located on top of a departmental store)!!!

nice new modern hotel but too far away from pristina downtown. the staff were friendly but seemed unfamiliarh dealing with guests. the pool area was nice, but the gym was of low quality. the breakfast was average. I dont think I would stay her again.

Forse basta avere una piscina per avere 5 stelle... Comunque ....stanze dozzinali, mal arredate con pessimi punti luci. Dovendo lavorare la notte non riesco ad avere il laptop e una lampada connessi allo stesso punto. Sto diventando cieco e quando ho chiesto una multipresa mi hanno guardato come avessi ucciso qualcuno perché il personale è anche molto scortese. Ma il peggio è il letto. Durissimo. Al secondo giorno sono andato a dormire sulla moquette. Al terzo ho cambiato albergo. Per il resto la colazione è miserevole e ripetitiva , il cibo cattivo (ma se non sapete cucinare neanche la pasta non fatela!). La carbonara che fanno è un colpo allo stomaco in tutti i sensi. Se potete mangiate fuori. L' edificio per finire è abbastanza bruttino. Per essere un 4 o 5 stelle o davvero visto molto di meglio

Das war sehr schönne Erfahrung, excellente Küche, tolle Mitarbeiter, Vergleichbar mit Schweizer Gehobene Hotellerie. Sauberkeit war im höchsten Niveau. Die Küche ist Vielfaltig Französisch&Mediterran . Tartare di Manzo ist sehr Empfelenswet.
