Did not know they had a washer/dryer on premises under 3rd last night there. I was able to use coins to pay but for some reason the tap to pay would not accept my credit card. All other pay stations in Italy and France did so it might be something on the machine itself. Fortunately I had coins.

Logement difficile à trouver avec peu d aide pour nous orienter.Accueil sommaire, il faut téléphoner pour qu'on puisse nous accueillir. Pas de plus value touristique. Le Logement est spacieux, moderne, confortable avec une plus value extérieur du fait de la terrasse. A disposition, dosettes café et sucre ce qui est agréable.

Nous avons réservé deux nuits dans cette établissement: accueil sympathique (sous réserve de prévenir), propreté exceptionnelle et bâtiment absolument magnifique au niveau de la disposition des chambres et de la déco. Bref à part la travaux de voirie à 7h30 du matin (on a pas eu de bol, c'es pas de la faute de l'hôtel) c'était parfait !

Nous avons séjournés en famille dans un appartement spacieux, au 2ème étage avec ascenseur. La résidence est moderne, calme, parking gratuit devant la résidence. Climatisation, télévision, wifi, vue dégagée. La décoration est simple Il manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine comme un épluche légume, un grille pain et des torchons. Lorsque la réception ferme, c'est a dire tout le temps (à part pour les arrivées), il n'y a personne pour vous renseigner...

Une superbe découverte à Annecy. C’est un établissement récent dans une belle bâtisse entièrement rénovée, très bien décorée, joliment meublée. Nous étions dans un très beau duplex climatisé et très confortable. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le parking est très aisé devant la résidence. Et le cadre à proximité de l’église de PRINGY est vraiment enchanteur et très calme. Un ravissement. Nous y reviendrons certainement

Une catastrophe. Nous avions réservé cet hôtel car nous avons reçu en cadeau un repas au restaurant à proximité. Le restaurant s’est trompé dans ses réservations et avait un événement privé le soir où nous avions réservé. Nous avons donc voulu annuler l’hôtel qui a refusé (après au moins 4 appels de notre part et du restaurant) puis propose de décaler, mais uniquement en juillet sur un séjour de 3 nuits minimum alors que nous n’avions réservé qu’une nuit au départ. Ces gens ne sont clairement pas des commerçants. A fuir, nous retournerons à Pringy pour le restaurant mais nous dormirons ailleurs.
