Simple but beautiful accommodation with everything we needed, very friendly people, close to a nice and clean beach (about 10 min walk) with free and accommodated areas, close to a nice area for eating, shopping and relaxing in the evening

We have been coming to this hotel for many years because it is the most comfortable place. Our family always loves how we are welcomed and accommodated. Lucia and all the staff are very attentive and help in any matter! It is absolutely safe, quiet and comfortable here. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the air conditioner works quietly and enough for a comfortable temperature in the rooms. The hotel itself is located in a quiet location, no noisy streets or loud noises. This year the furniture has been updated, every year we see improvements and updates. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation! We will definitely be back!!!

RESIDENCE TRE STELLE molto carino . Piano rialzato lato pineta . Appartamento n 1. Io sono sempre scettica per appartamenti ma questo ho trovato pulito , moderno spazioso luminoso . Vero che siamo a giugno, non so in piena stagione. Noi siamo due adulti , ad un'ora e mezzo da casa nostra .Per fare mare e relax ideale. Senza stess di spostare auto. Biancheria inclusa nel prezzo pulizia . Noi non utilizziamo la cucina , ma è pulita e fornita il giusto . SE vi piace cenare sulla terrazza è attrezzata . Alla strada principale , due minuti a piedi trovate bar, gelaterie ristoranti , da asporto e non . Bazar farmacia giornali e mini market .Per spese giornaliera. Vicino in auto c'è di tutto. Consigliato per chi ha bimbi o come Noi vuole relax completo . Personale gentile . IL bagno abbiamo prenotato HOASY, qui 5 minuti lettini e ombrelloni. Ci si pranza tranquillamente con tutti i tipi di cibo, panini ai primi e secondi piatti.

Vacanza bellissima in un appartamento curato e luminoso, con vista sulla pineta. Vicinissimo alla maremma abbiamo potuto apprezzarne la bellezza. Un grazie ai gestori per la disponibilità il sorriso e l'attenzione. Torneremo presto!

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre 2 settimana di ferie per il terzo anno consecutivo in questo delizioso residence immerso nella pineta di Principina a Mare. Appartamento comodo, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort, compreso il periodico cambio di biancheria da letto e da bagno durante il soggiorno. Molto funzionale il piccolo bar presente nella struttura, con paste fresche tutte le mattine 😋 Ospitalità e gentilezza top da parte di tutto lo staff a partire dalla Signora Lucia. Grazie di cuore ❤️

Abbiamo trascorso solo pochi giorni presso questa struttura ma sono stati sufficienti per farci venire la voglia di tornare! Tutto perfetto: posizione, struttura, camera, servizi e soprattutto la disponibilità dello staff. Abbiamo portato con noi la nostra cagnolina e l'accoglienza è stata super!

Appartamento spazioso con tutto quello che può servire. Ci sono stata col cane e anche per lui c era tutto quello di cui aveva bisogno tra cui la doccetta per sciacquarlo dal sale del mare. Con una breve passeggiata si arriva alle meravigliose spiagge. Colazione ottima con prodotti bio. Tutto il personale gentilissimo, al top. Consigliatissimo.
