The cleanest hotel I have been to. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The best part was the breakfast was served hot and fresh and lots of selection. By far the best Pomeroy I’ve been to. Well recommended.

From when we arrived to when we checked out, everyone was friendly always smiling. The room was great, quiet and clean. Breakfast was very good, nice and hot!

We had a great stay! Kids and adults had a great time at the waterslides. Room was clean and well taken care of. Had all we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Waffles and cheese omelettes with bacon. Only thing missing was fruit. Highly recommend.

Barking Although i love pets, i don't care to be woken up early, by the sound of barking outside my door while on vacation. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Poor customer service Beautiful hotel. However the bed is very hard. But the biggest issue was the wait time for breakfast. I was in a line of approx. 30 people for 45 mins. They ran out of everything and took this long to refill. No one came to talk to the line up of people to apologize, thanks for our patience, etc. I went to express my concern to the front desk. She did not apologize. She just said, yeah, we're having a problem today. I understand if they were short staff, etc. But at least come to the line and talk to us. It was very poor customer service

The property is newer however the room i stayed in wasn't clean the shampoo container empty. There was a child running in the hall late at night. The pool was cleaner then anything in the hotel. Staff was good and helpful.
