O hotel possui uma estrutura nova e que atende parcialmente bem. O café da manhã é bom e possui variedades, entretanto, o hotel não possui serviço de almoço ou jantar e, como o mesmo está em uma área que não possui muitas opções por perto, dificulta a alimentação no período da noite. Os colaboradores da recepção são um tanto ríspidos. De forma geral o hotel possui acomodação ligeiramente espaçosa e tem uma boa limpeza dos quartos.

Hospedagem tranquila, com ótimas acomodações, equipe de recepção é bastante atenciosa e solícita, bem como a equipe de limpeza que é nota 10. Café da manhã é bom. Recomendo a todos ficarem hospedados nas acomodações do Tezla Hotel em Primavera do Leste/MT.

Falta de honestidade das pessoas que estava na recepção do hotel, causando o constrangimento e prejuízo de ter que mudar de quarto de um dia para outro. Além disso, a recepção apresenta um tratamento muito rude, autoritário e desonesto.
