優點：是少數會在房間準備免費瓶裝水的酒店，並且還贈送了茶包，服務人員熱情，房間有個小陽台，就在基姆湖旁邊，酒店及周邊就有多家餐飲店，酒店早餐佈置真的一看就很用心。

I was a solo English speaking traveler. The staff spoke English. The room was enough space for 1 person. The bed was comfortable. The pillow was to flat for my taste but not a show stopper. The had a fan which was great because it was 85 degrees F out. There is plenty of food options around the hotel. I walked from the train station which was an easy mile. There is plenty to do here. There is a great beach to swim and boat rides to see the incredible scenery. This is where you go to relax. If you are looking to stay occupied I would plan side trips.

Hotel molto bello in un contesto veramente splendido. Camere silenziose, spaziose e pulite. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ha un bel posteggio. Comodissimo per I traghetti per il lago. Colazione veramente divina e con tantissima scelta.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, bis auf den Orangensaft und die gekochten Eier. Zimmer hat immer gemuffelt und die Lichter haben geflackert. Trotz Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde dies nicht behoben. Badezimmer sehr klein, aber schöne Dusche.

Also, es ist so, das Hotel Hauptgebäude wird super geführt. Frühstück sensationell, man kann gar nicht alles essen und probieren. Wir waren jetzt 4 Tage dort. Das Abendesse a la Carte ist sehr gut aber nicht billig. Wird alles frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind im Hauptgebäude super, feste Matratzen, neues Bad, immer sauber. Nicht zu empfehlen ist die Lokalität Schiller. Das uns vorgesetzte Essen war nicht genießbar und somit unter aller S..-. Dies wurde auch zum Ausdruck gebracht, ohne eine Reaktion seitens der Bedienung.

Wir hatten im April 24 ein Zimmer im ersten Stock mit Seeblick. Ein großes Zimmer und ein kleiner gemütlicher Balkonraum. Wirklich hervorragend. Das Personal superfreundlich, die Sauberkeit, die Lage: alles perfekt. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und von hoher Qualität. Es wird sofort nachgelegt, die Auswahl verblüfft. Sollte es trotz allem mal was zu klären geben, unbedingt bei der Rezeption vorsprechen. Die Mitarbeiter lösen fast alles. Ich kann nur nochmal die besondere Herzlichkeit hervorheben, mit der man uns begegnet ist. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, die Betten neu, groß und bequem, nachts ist es ruhig. Die Erholung pur. Moderne Fliegentüren- und -fenster sind eingebaut. Wasserkocher, ein Großbildschirm mit gängigen Programmen, plus ein kleiner Fernseher im Balkonzimmerchen. Das Bad ist neu und modern, natürlich sehr, sehr sauber. Empfehlenswert.

這家酒店沒有自己的前台，由附近一家酒店代管。所以入住以後就找不到服務員。沒有電梯！房間內網絡連不上，樓梯很陡峭。房間比較大。離去海倫基姆宮的船碼頭要走10分鐘。離PRIEN火車站開來的9424公交車站也要走10分鐘。而且早上9點9424才有頭班車，基姆湖的交通不便。早餐要去代管的那家去吃，品種很多，豐盛！

Camera pulita e ben riscaldata. Personale gentile e attento sia alla reception (ci hanno dato una stanza a piano terra, anche se noi non l’avevamo richiesta) quando hanno visto che mio marito aveva una stampella), che alle colazioni. Il buffet colazione vario sia dolce che salato. Suggerisco: - di mettere una bottiglietta di acqua in camera, il ristorante dell’albergo ci ha fatto pagare € 7,50 una bottiglia d’acqua da litro!!!!! - di aggiungere almeno un canale tv in italiano. In bagno: - lo specchio potrebbe essere posizionato almeno 15 cm più in basso (io mi vedevo dalla fronte in su e ho una statura normale); - mancano un paio di ganci dove appendere gli asciugamani della doccia.
