The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, and the fish is very famous, which is caught in the lake next to it.

I was in this hotel with two friends and we had a fantastic meal here - the fish soup was really delicious and my friends' dishes were also great! The reason for the trip was a visit to Höfer Wolle and the overnight stay here was great!

We rode the Chiemsee circuit on our racing bikes and settled here for lunch. Because we did not want to store our bicycles out of sight unattended, we placed the bicycles within sight of the terrace. Shortly afterwards we were shouted at from a distance by a very unfriendly lady who apparently did not agree with this. We tried to explain what our motivation was, but the shouting of distance did not diminish. Because we think a hospitable welcome is perhaps just as important as good food, we decided to skip this establishment. So our tip to other travelers; skip this establishment. There are nicer places around the Chiemsee. And you can be insulted by a grumpy catering lady for the rest of your life.

Lamentable comportamiento del hotel. Teníamos reserva de cuatro noches y por culpa de una cancelación de vuelo de Lufthansa perdimos dos de ellas. El asunto es que en todo momento estuvimos en contacto con el hotel y ellos nos dijeron que iban a ocupar nuestra habitación las dos noches que íbamos a perder. Evidentemente pensamos que nos compensarían de alguna manera, pero nada más lejos de la realidad. Trato muy hostil y experiencia francamente desagradable. Encima tienen un problema muy serio con los mosquitos que no son capaces de resolver. No volveremos jamás a este hotel que por otra parte en España no tendría más de una o dos estrellas.

Wir waren hier zu viert Essen und können nur die Gastronomie bewerten. Das Essen war sehr, sehr lecker. Wir haben die tollen Fischgerichte (Saibling, Seehecht) probiert, auch die Desserts waren toll. Der Service war aufmerksam und sehr nett.

Wir verbringen mehrmals im Jahr in diexem tollen Haus unsern Urlaub und fühlen uns hier wie in einer großen Familie. . Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Selbstverständlich werden auch Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Das Essen - egal ob Fisch oder Fleisch - ist super lecker. Die Portionen sind ausreichend. Das Preis-Leistuingsverhältnis stimmt!

Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Ausgezeichnete Küche. Das Zimmer sauber und gut organisiert. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage am See mit recht guter Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen. Da kommt man sehr gerne wieder!
