Absolutely superb hotel the most peaceful place one could imagine Rooms are amazing all 9 of them , staff are fabulous, Highly recommend this Hotel for a stop over or longer stay As Uber drivers are so ridiculously cheap it’s so easy and economical to get to any destination very quickly

Superb hotel in an extremely secure diplomatic area of Pretoria. Staff were extremely pleasant, welcoming and efficient. Meals were all of a high standard. Our room, The Presidential Suite- wow!!!! Absolutely fantastic with fabulous views from the balconies.

Arrived very early for check in, room was not ready so we were offered the honeymoon suite to avoid us having to walt to check in, the suite was amazing and a great start to the short stay at this fabulous hotel, staff were great and the location was fantastic We highly recommend this hotel and a big thank you to all the staff Mike & Linda (Jersey)

Beautiful hotel and the room was fabulous. The service was friendly although there was a shortage of choice for the wines. Garden is lovely Very convenient if you are taking a Rovos rail trip. Transfers arranged smoothly Altogether a great experience

This beautiful hotel deserves its 5 star rating from the initial greeting to the farewell. We were two couples who arrived in the evening for a one night stop over stay before going onto a safari. We were welcomed on arrival and the staff did everything they could to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. The food for dinner and breakfast was amazing. The rooms were fantastic with lovely balconies and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with everything you needed including an iron and ironing board which you don't get elsewhere. What they could improve on was the time it took to serve meals especially the breakfast but when it did come it was quality.

We were booked into this hotel by our travel agent uafter a 11 day train safari around Namibia to relax for 24 hours while waiting to get our plane back to Heathrow. What a little gem of a hotel. Out of town and up on a hill looking over Pretoria in the distance. It is aptly called Castello as it looks like a Spanish castle. The rooms are huge with every possible amenity including a capsule coffee maker. The mini bar was stocked with some soft items and a bowl of fruit supplied. The staff were lovely and the food very good. A great hotel to stay in if you want a relaxing stay, away from the bustle of the city.

A beautiful hotel with the most comfortable beds and excellent service from a very nice team. Now the food… brace yourself. Excellent and beautifully served. M says best avo on toast ever and banana bread at breakfast out of this world. The dinner was superb - pork belly followed by perfectly cooked chicken and a good choice of wine

We stayed here for one night 26/9 before taking the Rovos Rail to Cape Town. Upgraded to the Presidential suite which was a lovely surprise after a long flight. All the staff were very welcoming and delightful. Dinner was a fine dining experience.
