I recently stayed at The Capital Menlyn, a hotel I have visited many times during my business trips to Pretoria. I was pleased to return, as its convenient location and the variety of restaurants within the same secure compound have always been highlights of my stay. However, during this visit, I noticed some areas that need improvement. The gym was not well-maintained, with certain equipment requiring repair. Additionally, the rooms no longer seem to be maintained at their original high standard, which was disappointing. As a result, I am reducing my overall rating from 5 to 4 stars. While the hotel still has its advantages, I may consider exploring other options for my next trip.

Clean, comfy rooms. Great restaurant, good safe parking centrally located. Room service was quick and easy! Sleep quality was fantastic as the room are quite. Just wish a could adjust aircon to 18 as the room was a bit hot, and the aircon can only adjust to 20. the aircon pad also said the filters need cleaning

Bongiwe and Valencia at the reception were the best. They were very friendly and efficient. Served us with pleasure and a smile. We loved their energy, enthusiasm and zeal for their work.

From the security at the parking, welcoming and directing me where to park my vehicle, to the porter that offered to trolley our bags to our room. The security that walked with us to SunBet Arena and fetched us again in the wee hours of the morning, providing the necessary security - Everything was superlative - Thank you I can't complain, the service was great and everybody super helpful - Please keep up the excellent service, there is not a lot of places in our beautiful country, where you receive such service.
