The rooms are good, but avoid the restaurant at ALL costs! Overpriced and very poor quality. The room was spacious and very clean.

My stay at ANEW Hotel Hatfield Pretoria was a pleasant experience. It is my first choice when it comes to attending work events in Pretoria. The service received from the staff was excellent. I appreciate the fact that they always greet you, whether it be at reception or the eating area. The food is a standout for me. Nothing beats a good meal.

The location of the hotel is very good for easy mobility either by public transport or private cars. Security was also good, very friendly staff, clean rooms and spacious. I also enjoyed siting on balcony exploring the proximity to the city of Pretoria attraction.

The reception was great, and the staff was fantastic. The coffee machines were definitely a big plus. All my requests were met. The rooms could use with regular linen change; however, it is very comfy. The hotel is in need of further training for the kitchen staff and chefs as I found most of the meals were bland with little seasoning, The shuttle service accommodated me for 10 km, however it seems the drivers prefer shorter distances, i however appreciated the adjustment even though it was an inconvenience for them. I would come again due to the chilled environment and the great service from the staff.

This was a business conference, which lasted 4 days. It was my first time using the establishment. I enjoyed the stay. The staff was professional all the time and welcoming with a smile on their faces. The on-screen welcome message on my first day caught me by surprise and it was a very pleasant experience. The beds were spacious and very comfortable. I could roll myself all night long without falling on the other side.
