Returning guests from 2018, and it was just as delightful as the last visit. No better way to spend the Easter long weekend in peace and quiet with the family. The luxury tents are just perfectly equipped with absolutely everything you can think of and are so clean and tidy. Not to mention, I had the best sleep I've had in months! What a rejuvenating experience it was. We can't wait to be back. This place is definitely our go to to get away from all the hassle and bustle! Can't recommend this place enough! A true gem and definitely has a special place in our hearts!

Friendly professional host. Tents is very comfortable well equipped. Very neat and clean. Everything you need. Boma area is nice. Piece and quiet. You dont hear your neighbours. A nice spash pool to cool off. Just what you need to get away from the daily routine.

We stayed at Ouklip for a weekend as we wished to visit Dinokeng during Feb 2023. We found the Accommodation perfect. We used Gilbert (owner) for a game drive - awesome. His knowledge was brilliant AND he also concentrated on the small things in the bush which was nice. But the downside - you get woken up by roosters at 03:30 every morning. I do not want to get a farm awakening when I am having a bush experience - they charge extra for everything. R50 to was your dishes, R50 to make your bed! It is not as if their rates are the cheapest, why not just include the service like their competitors? - 5% surcharge if you pay by credit card. This to me is the cherry on the top. Those three points are the reasons that I will not return. Dinokeng has so many beautiful establishments and to be honest, each has to on top of their game to get return guests

First off...the photos do not do it justice - everything is waaaay beyond one's wildest expectations. It is super clean, neat, and organized and they have thought of literally everything. From cooking ware to everything you need to stay warm! We had the privilege of having the owner as our guide for a game drive and he did not only show us 3 of the big 5, but also shared his knowledge on trees and the reserve's history etc. Super informative! The room / tent is so spacious and each one has its own kitchen area as well as braai area. We celebrated our anniversary this weekend and it truly is going to be challenging to top this experience! Well done to Gilbert and his amazing team!

We stayed for a 3 night midweek at Ouklip Game Lodge in the Dinokeng game reserve. The tented camp is well equipped and the interior is mostly made from railway sleeper wood. Beautiful. The tents are far enough positioned from each other to get a feeling from being in the bush alone. The owners/management is very professional and friendly. Each tent has a boma, full bathroom and kitchen. Very recommendable.

This was indeed an amazingly peaceful place to visit, enjoyed our weekend. The place is very clean and very relaxing amazing indeed, highly recommended If you looing for peace of mind away from the city life, do please visit this place
