BED BUGS!!! We had a long day of car travel and the next day we had to go to Dover, all we wanted was to sleep and finding this was a disappointment. I went to claim and ask for a refund but it was 00:00am and the receptionist told me that he had to go the next day at 7am to talk to his boss. I was with my little daughter I couldn't go anywhere else and his solution was to give me another room where I found another insect, I was until 3am checking the room that there was no more bed bugs. The next day I talked to another person at reception and according to her I was going to talk to her boss and talk about a refund and I've been waiting since August 31. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. All this happened in room 105. BE CAREFUL.
