Wir haben uns bei Ihnen wohl gefühlt, herzlichen Dank für Ihren guten Service. Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer 225 war sehr schön, hell und geräumig, das Personal aufmerksam, das Essen - Frühstück und Abend - war SEHR GUT. Das tägliche morgendliche Schwimmen im Pool war ein Genuss! Kleine Kritik: Die Kopfkissen waren für uns zu flach, zu wenig gestopft, Meine Frau hat daher nicht gut geschlafen. Außerdem hat uns im Bett die Hygiene-Gummi-Auflage unter dem Laken gestört. Man spürt diese Gummi-Unterlage (welche wahrscheinlich aus Hygienegründen vorteilhaft ist) aber unserer Meinung nach doch etwas unpassend ist für ein gehobenes Hotel Ihrer Leistungsklasse.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Es ist nach wie vor das beste Hotel, was wir uns vorstellen können. Wir waren aus Anlass unseres 60. Hochzeitstages angereist für 10 Tage. Zimmer "Schöne Tieden" einfach perfekt, Größe und Ausstattung. Das Sofa war leider sehr niedrig und durchgesessen, wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Ansonsten war alles wieder sehr sauber, das Personal zuvorkommend, lustig und nett. Es stimmte einfach alles, Essen einfach köstlich, Frühstück mit Riesenauswahl. Bade- und Saunalandschft erholsam. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
